Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United States2 twin beds pushed together with seperate bedding. A bit far from anything else in sharm and they don't want to help u figure out how to leave the resort if u want to. But if u walk outside the gate u can easily get very affordable taxis. And we did not really get an adequate briefing when we arrived about the golf carts that will pick you up or much about the resort in general. A couch in the room would be nice and a screen so you could leave the doors open without letting mosquitos in. Gym is 5€ per day
Sparkling clean. Good amenities. Beautiful view. Nice balcony. Cool aspects in the room like the tile in the bathroom and the ornate doors. The room is in the far corner of the resort which keeps it nice and private and quiet. Golf carts pretty constant and convenient to get around the property. Beach is pretty. Breakfast is decent with omelet station.

NetherlandsWe were staying at this hotel for one night, since it seemed convenient to already be in Sharm-el-Sheikh as we had an early morning flight and we're traveling with a baby, we wanted to give him a good night sleep before flying back home. Couldn't be more wrong about that.. we had an horrible experience from beginning to end. It took us 1,5 hour to get from entrance to our room, while our son was hungry. We had to wait everywhere very long, people are not helpfull and barely speak English and it is not an accomodation, it is a village (that people probably wont leave during their trip, and won't see anything of the country, such a shame). When we finally arrived at the room the electric kettle was not working (which we needed for my son's milk). After calling reception they send someone 1h later to check if it really was not working and than they did nothing with it, they just gave us back the broken kettle... But the worst part is, that the room was FULL OF MOSQUITOS, no possibility to hang our mosquito net and even though we protected ourselves several times that night, we had so many mosquitos bites and had no sleep at all. Keep my fingers crossed that those mosquitos didn't bring any diseases over, especially for the little one. Also, the accomodation was located at a different spot than when I booked on booking.com (it was supposed to be next to the airport, even on walking distance, that's why we booked the night) and there was supposed to be a free airport shuttle, however they are ripping you off with a 30 euro taxi, which is a crazy amount for Egypt and even more than the taxi costs from Sharm-el-Sheikh to Dahab, which is a 90 km drive. Really do not recommend anyone to stay here

Beautiful room with amazing view we arrived and the check-in was very smooth and welcoming the hotel in great location and lots of amenities and beach was beautiful wow early morning in my balcony what an amazing view and night time also very comfortable and quiet room much recommended will be coming back soon
