Food variety wasn't that much , hotel needs a bit rennovations

The furniture is old. Sewage system smelling!

Mr. Emad is born to be a Manager -intelligent,polite, always at customers' disposal with his right hand Cirios- clever, flexible, modest! Food & staff were super.! Audu cleaner was doing his best.

Bathroom needs improvement. Powerful base sound from the club next door can make it uncomfortable to sleep late at night. My wife lost her glasses at the hotel lobby and she had to give a "gift" to the night manager to get them back from the reception. Received messages, which looked like from the hotel's Booking.com account, asking for upfront payment before the vacation started, which was not part of the deal. Hotel management kindly advised to ignore such messages and settle when we arrived as per the deal.

Location is good, just across the beach, close to high street, restaurants and shops. Restaurant has good variety of delicious food. The beach is clean and has good underwater life. This beach is run by a friendly crew and has a delicious selection of fresh smoothies, snacks and lunch.

As I said before, everything was actually pretty nice only thing that I really was disappointed about it that the food from 1 to 10 I will give it 1.5 . The choice of the food was terrible and the food itself was really bad.

The hotel itself has potential and nice ambient. The lobby was very spacious and somehow has it kind of cool touch

Make room more cleaning and put in room safe box

We was in this hotel 10 days,we so happy,all stuff in resepchion and manager every time was kind and helping us .Staff in restaurant was also kind,big hello for them and thanks for milk and sourcream,food was good and big choice,hello sheif 👍 I recommend this hotel, location in Sheraton street,all shops, club and Marina near and beach from hotel so near.We hope back again in this hotel. Thanks for mister Emad I don't remember his name who helped us to have early check in and good room 🙏God bless all , hope see you soon.

Smoking allowed indoor in the reception was a put-off for us. Wifi only available in reception. The facility/building is relatively old and needs major renovation to match the star category. Food varieties can be improved.

The staff is the big plus in this place. They are working really hard to accommodate guests wishes and leave a good impression about the place to compensate the drawbacks of the facility. They helped us change room types to accommodate our group better which also reduced our total cost 👌🏼, upgraded our rooms to sea view without asking and allowed us for late check out without extra cost. All requests related to room cleaning and toiletries were answered instantly. The restaurant chefs were also nice. The breakfast is ok. The private beach is very nice and the location is great for those looking for walkable distance to the Marina and city center vibes. Security guy very helpful with activity providers with better prices than the agency in the hotel. Overall was good enough for us as we used the place just to sleep.

The A/C controller is damaged The facilities bathroom, swimming pool, TV is kinda old and poor

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and decent. Hotel location is very special you need only 10 minutes to go to any place in downtown. The food is good value for money.

The food has few varieties. Once I entered the suite there was leakage in both bathrooms. But they responded right away as I reported.

The staff offered us an upgrade to a suite with sea view instead of two standard rooms. The staff is welcoming and well mannered

The guests are very low standard The hotel is NOT beach front as said but has an access to a puplic beach The food is not good and also not bad but very small varietys Tge restaurant stuff i can't judge the all but the is one called " Islam " was sooo impolite and not helpful
