The maintenance in general requires more attention, alot of stuff inside the room required fixing from the door, the toilets even the room phone was broken and difficult to reach the reception also the aqua some of the slides were not operating due to problem in the water pumps, hope next time they put more attention to maintenance. Also the breakfast options was not very good. The swimming pool is too small.

The Aqua, the beach, the service are very good. You will never feel bored.

An Unforgettable Stay! My children and I had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The reception was warm and welcoming, and every member of the staff — from the front desk to housekeeping — was incredibly professional and kind. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, and the quality was excellent. The aqua park and swimming pools were fantastic — fun, clean, and safe for kids of all ages. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. This definitely won’t be our last visit — we’ll be back very soon, God willing!

The hotel is not directly on the beach, you need to walk around 8 minutes to reach the sea. The entertainment program at night starts a bit early ( overlaps with late dinner) and could have more activities for kids. The main swimming pool is rather small, but there is a quite nice aqua park. These are just points to consider or could be improved, nevertheless we had an absolutely great time.

Rooms are spacious and clean, there is a great variety of food in the main restaurant, and two items on the grill at the lunch and dinner. The a la carte restaurants food was very tasty and delicious. Coral reefs and snorkeling was fantastic. It was an unforgettable experience when we saw dolphins swimming by us at the sea, also the sea turtle made a special appearance :). What makes this place really stand out is the people. The staff are hospitality professionals. We were a big large family (13 people) and I heard the same feedback from all my family. The staff made sure we were really having a memorable experience. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Ahmed at the reception, Kasem at the guest relations, Mohammed at the grill station, and Omar at the main restaurant. Can't forget Om Adam and her freshly baked bread. You really made our experience exceptional.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations Starting from Mr Kaseem from the Guest relations who made everything during my family stay smooth and very quick check in and check out on the last day. Food quality and variety is a top notch. Mr Karem restaurant manager along with Taha the waiter made sure that everything was good and any special requests has been taken care of. Room house keeping made sure to make my child smile with those towel characters made everyday, thank you The animation team (Messy, Charlotte, Osama) made sure that every member of the family is entertained throughout the day by doing different kinds of activities The aqua park was huge with different slides that suits all ages from babies to grow ups I have enjoyed the beach especially the bay area. Its accessible through the sister hotel SOLAYA in which you can see the fish without having to do snorkeling

Fantastic hotel. Right next to aquapark and everything is very convenient. Cooked food was very tasty and always fresh. The room cards often got demagnetized, but the reception team was always quick to help and immediately brought us new ones with a smile. Our rooms were on the second floor with no elevator — it wasn’t a problem for us, but if stairs are an issue, it might be a good idea to request a room on the ground floor.
