We liked everything.

The owner is super hospitable and pleasant. We were welcomed by tea and fresh mango juice. The room is super clean and the bed is extra comfy. It was a delight to wake up to the sound of birds after coming from Cairo. The hotel is right next to the ferry port and a popular restaurant.

We were given the three bed room as it’s the available at the moment. It was very clean, and definitely would definitely recommend. We had 4 luggages in total since we stayed in Egypt for about 2 weeks, their location is surreal perfect cos it has almost direct access to boat station. They arranged for us the tour and Nile cruise in an honest price. Thank you for making our Aswan experience the best! The couple behind this was very hands on to make the stay memorable. Thanks a lot!

The guesthouse is wonderful! Very clean place, hot water, close to the Nile river. Ahmed is amazing. A very honest, kind, solicitous and helpful. He helped us organizing all the tours we did. He and his guesthouse deserve a 10/10.

The host was extremely warm and polite. Hospitality at its peak. Arrangement for various local trips (Aswan + Abu Simbel + Transfer to Luxor) were also taken care of by him at a decent price on short notice. Chatted with him on Egyptian culture, people etc which enriched the experience for us of the whole trip. Loved our stay.

The comunication, the room itself its pretty good and good looking, it have everything to be comfortable. The owner helped me to arrange transportation and tours to Abu simbel, Asuan and Luxor in good cars and with good drivers, all polite and puntual. Very recommended place.

The accommodation was very good; the manager and her husband were very nice. They helped to make an appointment for the driver to pick us up at the airport, and also prepared Nubian drinks and desserts for us. The scenery on the balcony was very good. We met her husband on the balcony and enthusiastically gave us desserts. I recommend everyone to live here.

Crystala guest house is in a beautiful Location at elephantine islands. The room was very clear. I mean very clear. The hosts were very friendly and kind. They welcomed us with a smile like they were waiting for us since I booked the room. They even made us gifts two beautiful bracelets. I have nothing else to say everyone was perfect and I recommend to everyone who wants to visit Aswan.

The boss is very nice, polite and enthusiastic. The room was clean and the check-in was very smooth. The location is excellent, right next to the pier. When we left, he gave us special souvenirs and mango juice from his own farm. Highly recommended! 家人们可冲 老板真的好啊

We were not informed of ferry cost of 50 EGP cash after midnight (but they did help us pay this with no issues).

We were accommodated with check in middle of the night due to a late flight. Asissted organising a taxi on short notice. Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful view. Excellent location on an island with surrounding restaurants.

We had to sleep early to wake up to go and see Abu Simbel, and it was a little loud at times however we were trying to sleep at 8pm at night

We absolutely loved staying at Crystala Guest house even though we were only there for one night. Our host was the kindest person we have come across during our time in Egypt and seemed to genuinely care about us, and making sure we were ok. The hotel is across the water on elephantine island, which you get to by a small ferry from the Elephantine port (which is beside KFC) which costs 10 Egyptian pounds. The ferries are really frequent, in the day they go back and forth constantly and the journey is about five minutes in length. We did the journey at sunset and it was absolutely magnificent. If you’re travelling between 6pm and 6am, Ahmed (your host) will organise a ferry which I think is 50 egp if it’s at night as you may be the only people on the boat. The hotel itself is recently refurbished and really comfortable to stay in, as well as just a beautiful location. There is also a great restaurant right beside the restaurant by the water, so if you want to eat don’t feel like you need to cross back to the mainland. I felt that the people we met on Elephantine island were some of the most genuine and I would go back in a heart beat.
