Everything. The hotel is seriously luxurious, yet welcoming. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The room was spacious, spotless, and well furnished. Toiletries, linen, coffee corner and minibar are all well stocked with high quality items, rarely found in other hotels, both in and out of Egypt. Didn’t have a chance to try other amenities provided by the hotel, but will definitely visit again just to experience them asap.

All the staff were wonderful, making our stay truly memorable. I especially loved the breakfast buffet experience, where a lovely lady consistently served fresh bread straight from the oven, always with a warm smile. It felt so homey and welcoming.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Mohammed at the reception desk. He recommended suitable accomodation for me and my family and we really had a wonderful stay! Thanks to Emil at Reception, Alia at breakfast buffet for her beautiful smile, Abed at Limousine service for immediately booking us a car, and for everyone’s efforts to make our stay wonderful! My son loved the pool as well, and staff were very professional with safety measures. The hospitality is excellent, and the plaza around the hotel is one of a kind!

Restaurant food was very tasty and amazing Overall definitely recommend and would be a place I would strongly consider staying on any return stay to Cairo.
