We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything. The hotel is seriously luxurious, yet welcoming. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The room was spacious, spotless, and well furnished. Toiletries, linen, coffee corner and minibar are all well stocked with high quality items, rarely found in other hotels, both in and out of Egypt. Didn’t have a chance to try other amenities provided by the hotel, but will definitely visit again just to experience them asap.
