I’ve been going to the same hotel for three years it’s literally perfectt in everything, the staff, the food and the place is soo clean and the beach was amazing and the life guards were so helpful, the whole staff is kind and helpful in every way possible and people at the restaurant are the nicest 😍 everyone there is nice and welcoming I had a very nice stay❤️

One word: Legendary! Be led by the reviews! This is hands down the best place to stay in Sharm. Big, super clean rooms with breathtaking sea views, friendly staff who go out of their way to help, delicious Italian food, a crystal-clear pool, and a beach full of colorful fish! Worried about going hungry in Egypt? At Chef Danilo’s open buffet, you’ll be wishing you had a second stomach. Everything was seriously so tasty! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with huge smiles. They upgraded our room right away and gave us one with a sea view that felt almost like a suite. They let us book the à la carte restaurant as many times as we wanted. Chef Danilo personally prepared every Italian pasta dish for us by hand. Anytime we needed something, they were quick and happy to help. Everything was just perfect. The hotel was perfect. Huge thanks to Chef Danilo and the whole Hotel team for making our stay so special!

The very loud entertainment team was at every pool and by the sea which destroyed the peacefulness of the moments. One area would be sufficient for them.

Our experience was great. The reception especially Mohammad was amazing. We asked for a late check out and he was waiting to ask the manager. Then he came looking for us to let us know that they accepted our late check out. wifi connection is poor, no iron in the room but there is a laundry service with extra charge, animation team could be better, the beach is a little small with little of coral reef but still you can snorkel and enjoy.

excellent hotel, very clean, food is very good, all the staff is amazing, lovely room with comfy beds and pillows, swimming polls are very nice, very nice landscape, 3 levels of sitting places at the beach with beach chairs, perfect value for money. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff showed us the best hospitality. They offered us free upgrade. The facilities of the hotel is nice. The animation team is so energetic and friendly. The food quality and variety is very good. House keepers and bar tenders,are very hard working and welcoming. The beach is nice. The only thing that would be a plus if they added it is a golf car، because walking around the resort would be tiring for kids and elders. Other than that, everything is perfect

There are not enough sun loungers by the pool and the variety of cocktails and drinks at the bar could be increased a bit.

The cleanliness of the room, the attitude of the employees, the food and the chefs were wonderful. We had a wonderful holiday with my family. If I had known that the hotel was so beautiful and qualified, I would have definitely stayed longer. We left very satisfied. Their customer service is very good. The reef by the sea is magnificent. I never expected it to be so extraordinary.

Even though most of the restaurant was empty, a waiter told us we couldn't sit at a 7-person table because we were only in 4. When my son insisted on sitting there because he really liked the table, it caused some tension. Despite there being no issue with availability, the way the situation was handled felt rude. Additionally, the prices at the on-site market were not fair

The reception staff were very nice, and although we booked a standard room, they gave us a suite with a sea view. Ahmed was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The food was delicious. The animation staff was very warm.

Great large clean room with a good shower, lovely balcony and nice view! The hair dryer could do with an update but not a problem. The Shisha area was really amazing and you are well looked after. Food was good, lots of options. The fresh pizza by the beach was very good. The reef was colorful and full of fish.

Excellent Stay at Club Reef Resort – Highly Recommended… I recently had the pleasure of staying at club reef and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home! Big thanks to Mr. Hazem from front office absolutely amazing guy. The resort location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants making it very convenient for exploring the area. The on-site facilities were top-notch, including a well-maintained pool etc… One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious meals time "buffet", offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff were amazing and made sure everything was perfect.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about . Shoot out to the team from house keeping to bartenders to waiters and also the entertainment team ! The general manager is just a 10/10 guy if I’ll ever come back to sharm I’ll definitely stay here again .. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM .
