I truly enjoyed my stay, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help and special thanks to Mr. Mostafa Selim the Housekeeping Director, whose attention to detail made a big difference. And as well to Mr. Ramadan the housekeeper and the receptionist for their warm hospitality and excellent service.

Animation for adults wasn’t the best.

Mostafa the manager for housekeeping was very helpful, amazing and understanding. Also Salah on the front desk was very kind and good listener. Will definitely keep coming back to Cancun🤍

It's the best nearest getaway for families. The staff was great! Our villa had a private clean pool with a spacious 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen 🔥 2 pools, the perfect beach setup i've seen so far in Sokhna. The food was good too, and the icebox idea wow!

The room’s furniture was a bit old and needs renovation. Also, the balcony glass could be stronger to mute some of the loud music coming from the dj at the pool.

The staff was very professional, always smiling, and responsive. The food is great and the buffet has variety of cuisines and dishes. The beach vibes is amazing, every inch is decorated and there are different seating areas where you can relax. I LOVE the adult pool. So clean and peaceful. Overall greatttt vacation will definitely do it again!

The rocky beach with the ebb always making the sea level very low for swimming. Despite I reserved a deluxe suite for 2 adults and 2 kids 5 years and 9 years, I was charged extra cost for the stay of my 9-year old kid. The hotel child policy needs to be revised to match other competing hotels in the area.

All facilities are available and at a good proximity. Pool or sea are just few steps away.

There are many flies in the rooms so they need to get rid of them before the gusets come other wise every thing is perfect

All the staff are very helpful and they always take fast action when we need any thing, food is excellent especially for the dinner, vibes are so nice and the rooms are clean and wide, the pools are nice also
