There’s nothing i did not like

Everything Socialising - Mahmoud made sure that everyone feels included. He took us to some great hidden gems in for food. Crazy cheap and authentic taste - I could buy water from the hostel and can have my money exchanged at the same rate at the market. I loved the convenience - Hostel is upscale and clean - Free towels - Free breakfast (different breakfast everyday)

Yes, this hostel is in a great location, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom, internet, and everything are great. But is that what makes a hostel a hostel? No, it's the people who make it great. Ahmad, Mohammad, Mustapha, Marwa, and all the staff whose names I don't know. It was an honor to meet you. And you will never be forgotten.

The Aircon in my room could have been more powerful, but that's no problem

I love this hostel. The staff is amazingly friendly and the place is clean and need. View is nice and it's just soooooo good for the price. Live the bathroom in the dopple bed room. But in general the bathrooms are nice.

It provides quality service compared to many hostels in Europe, it is an extremely clean and tidy hostel. Its location is also extremely central.

The hostel was super clean and the reception staff was so friendly and helpful. The vibe was great and it was so easy to get in touch with other travellers. I would definitely come again :)

The breakfast is regular, and maybe I think that when you book any activities through them, they should clarify if there will be additional charges during the activity, otherwise it is misleading. Anyways they were suuuuper nice and helpful :)

There were a couple of lesser points but they are about my personal preferences and so not pertinent to others. I won’t name them because they should not stop others from booking this really good hostel.

Great staff, clean and comfortable, good central location, no street noise, breakfast was okay, eating area a bit small for the number of guests but hey, they’ve done their best with what they have to work with.

Only thing I would say is that uber or taxi didn’t really know where it was located, so I would just tell them a different hotel name that was more known (across the street) but not a major issue

The property is located in a central part of Sheraton St, Hurghada. A short walk for many good restaurants and shopping places and some beaches were a 5-10 minute uber ride. Also, 15 minutes from HRG airport. I stayed in a single room w/ private bathroom and it was cozy, clean, and other guests were respectful of quietness. Great value for the stay

Surprisingly, the noise from the street could be heard in my room even though I was halfway down a building. It wasn’t too bad and did eventually settle down. As a non smoker, the worst thing for me was the smell of cigarette smoke from people sitting on the front balcony and smoking with the doors open into the corridor.

The location was good and fortunately the lift was working when I arrived with my luggage as the hostel is on the fifth floor. My room was comfortable and the shower had just enough hot water. Lots of activities are provided if you want to join in with meals or outings. The staff were all friendly. Local breakfast was okay. For the first time in two and a half weeks in Egypt, my room was cleaned! Totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

One small downside was that there were some construction works going on in the floor above, which made the mornings a bit noisy. However, Mohammed and Marwa did their best to make the situation as comfortable as possible and were very understanding and communicative about it. Their care and effort really made a difference. 🙌🏼

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Mohammed was always available for questions, super helpful with tips about the area, and just a genuinely kind person. 👍🏼 Marwa was equally wonderful ♥️ — warm, attentive, and always smiling. She speaks excellent German 🇩🇪 , which was such a lovely surprise. It’s rare to meet someone who switches so effortlessly between languages! The hostel itself is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I met other travelers from around the world, and it felt more like staying in a home than in a typical hostel. The common areas are inviting, and it’s easy to connect with others, whether you want to chat over tea or just relax after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s ideal — close to everything you need, but still peaceful enough to get a good night’s sleep. I really appreciated the small personal touches and the effort Mohammed and Marwa put into making sure every guest feels comfortable. 😁 Thank you both so much for your hospitality, your kindness, and the lovely conversations.

Whilst airport transfer was offered and I had asked for this, this wasn't confirmed and nobody then turned up leaving me stranded. Breakfast was good, but might work better as buffet.

The rooms were very nice nice and so were staff.
