Animation team

Our stay at Beach Albatros Aqua Park was truly superb, and we enjoyed every part of the experience. The highlight for us was the warm and professional service from the reception front desk manager, Mr. Hamada Khalifa, who handled our check-in with great professionalism. Despite the large number of guests arriving at the same time, he remained kind and very helpful, which gave us an excellent first impression of the hotel. The beach was also very nice, with some reef and colourful fish that made snorkelling an enjoyable experience. It added a special touch to our stay. The rooms are good and the bed was comfortable, The swimming pool was good, and the Aqua park was good with many slides. The facilities, atmosphere, and overall service were excellent, and we were very satisfied. The only area we felt could be improved is the animation team they could be more active during the day to engage guests, and the evening show did not meet the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. With a little improvement in the entertainment side, it could be a perfect holiday destination.

Sometimes the lunch has not too many varaities . The animation was somehow poor. The beach is too small , although it is a nice sandy beach and the water was crystal clear

The staff are very helpful , friendly and respectful. The reception desk specifically Mr. Amir was very helpful and managed everything very well. Room service was very good and the hotel all in all was very clean and comfortable The aqua park is big and enjoyable The food was good and tasty most of the time specifically the pastry in the morning and in the cappuccino bar .

There were two things that raised concerns for us. First, the quality of the food seemed lower than last year, on some times, we found it unappealing and couldn’t eat. The second issue was quite upsetting: on our last day, some guests (from another branch of the hotel chain without beach access) were behaving in a very inappropriate and offensive manner, using vulgar language loudly on the beach. I understand this may be beyond the hotel's control, but I kindly suggest assigning a staff member to monitor the beach area and prevent such incidents in the future.

The hotel is very beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the staff gave us a warm welcome, starting with the Front Office Manager, Mr. Hamada, who made us feel like we were among family.

- finding free place on pools or beach is not easy due to some reservations which is not allowed already but still it is done mostly by non-Egyptians - Only one snack bar at the aqua park which is too far if u missed lunch or for kids to walk on their own - the biggest aqua park stairs needs to have some safe parts on those so many steps

The football, tennis, paddle courts are not supervised at all. At least one guard must be present in the evening, especially the football pitch... a lot of young people and children are playing the whole night without any supervision from an adult, which may cause a big trouble in the event of dispute between the teams players. Even my son brought his own ball, and he left the pitch to bring water, but after a short period of time, he came to continue playing. but He found them finished, the light was turned off, and the fence was locked, but his balland was still inside the pitch, but he couldn't bring it. Once he went to the receptionist to ask him to bring his ball, he told him tomorrow. And in the morning, we didn't find the ball !!!

Facilities and the room are so neat, resturants and food are great, staff are helpful most of the time.

Even though we ordered 3 single beds, they were not ready when we arrived. But the staff soon resolved it. We also requested rooms next to each other because of the children, but that could not be resolved. Later we got used to having to go to another floor to pick up the children, which my wife did not like very much.

This Resort has everything you can think of. Excellent location, excellent service, cleanliness, very pleasant and smiling staff, fantastic food, beautiful sea with corals and fish for diving,even for beginners. Amazing water park for families with children, in short, everything you could wish for a great vacation. We fully recommend this Resort to everyone who has not been to Egypt yet and does not want to be disappointed. Thank you all..

Food quality needs to be improved

The property itself is very nice, very convenient along with the amount of people over there. The water park wasn’t overpacked which is something really nice. The staff at the reception was really helpful as we have faced issues with booking.com, however, Mr Ahmed Ghonaim - the manager was really helpful and supportive after he knew what the issue is and he tried to make things easier at that moment and he made sure the the check in time go smooth for us, along with Mr Ahmed Adel at the reception. They were very helpful.
