Staff were respectful and professional. We booked two rooms and they were next door to each other. Breakfast was buffet style and there was omelette station. We also had dinner at their restaurant and it was simple with very good prices.

The breakfast is just fine. Nothing great but the manager asked for feedback and we gave it to him which was nice of him to do.

The view from the room is amazing, hotel and facilities were clean, staff is also very professional as they messaged to ask our arrival and ensure we had someone to pick us up and be comfortable. Overall great. The breakfast could be better, there is variety but taste is fine and bread was old / hard. But the kitchen staff is also very kind and asked for feedback. Overall would recommend.

Location is fantastic with an exceptional view over the Nile. The staff have been amazing, the reception manager raheem and unfortunately I did not get the name of everyone else but very friendly and helpful staff. We had a room upgrade for to a bike view room which made us extend our stay because it is so beautiful.

My bed was like a rock - slightly better after I folded the duvee and put it under my bottom sheet.

Nice hotel but quite far from the Nile

The hotel is outdated, the bed was very hard and not comfortable. The air condition also didn’t work well. The breakfast buffet in the morning was not great (limited options). The pool is a good size but the tiles were falling apart. We saw a member of staff kill a cockroach in the main lobby, but otherwise the hotel appeared clean. I would have expected slightly better standard for a 4 star hotel.

The property was located on the east bank of Aswan which made it easier to be picked up for excursions. It was good value for money, we had a huge room with our own private terrace overlooking Aswan and views of the Nile. It was also quiet and peaceful. There is a nice size pool.

Restaurant buffet were okay, not the best value for the cost. Bar service was not good, I left several times because I was unable to get service. No fault of the hotel but the broadcast of call to prayers starting at 4 AM woke me up and it went on for a very long time.

Nice view of the Nile from the room and the terrace at the restaurant was very nice. Laundry service was good. Location was very convenient to walk around Aswan.

Big hotel in a great location, just next to the Nubian museum. The offer a very complete breakfast and lots of amenities. The staff is friendly as well.
