A few small things that I would consider constructive criticism. Late check in, our rooms were not ready at the time they promised. You can’t open and close your room sliding door without it completely switching off the aircon and if you close it behind you to keep the aircon on, you will be locked onto the balcony. Aircons need servicing, they didn’t work very well. A lot of the staff don’t speak English very well so it’s hard to understand each other sometimes. One thing that really disappointed me was, when lying at the beach there was no service or any staff coming to check up on us if we wanted to order a drink or something, you have to get up and walk to the bar every time you want something. Not serious but it would be nice to get service while relaxing on the beach!

Very well maintained, well kept gardens and amenities! Great location, amazing beach and snorkeling spot! Gym was great, rooms are a good size and comfortable. Very friendly staff! Food was good and always a wide variety. Chef Shazy was phenomenal and super friendly!

Overall, the food left much to be desired, particularly for the price point. There are a few other big hotels next to it but they all seem to cater only to their guests, so there’s not much sense of neighbourhood there. You need to drive into town for more of a local experience, but there’s a lot to do on site so depends on your priorities. Be aware that the pool closes before sunset for no apparent reason, so you won’t be having that refreshing dip in the pool at the end of the day.

Throughout the first few hours the rooms AC weren’t functioning well and i was about to check out till we had it fixed (it turned out that the rooms newly renovated)

I like how classy the hotel and facilities are, it’s amazing if you are looking for quiet place far from crowds with satisfactory level of entertainment around you

There are always things to improve. The biggest issue we had was with lunch meals as both the pool bar and main restaurant didn't deliver (buffet was worst). Also for people like us that aren't really into alcohol, having fresh juices at breakfast and in bars would make a difference from the standard average 4 star AI facility. Some staff also needed training, in english and simple manners as not all were welcoming and in some occasions simply rude... We managed it but that is something worrying that has to be tackled. Overall we had a good time and they deserve the chance to improve since for the most part we were very well taken care of!

The property is very beautiful and although a bit old it is very well kept. The gardens are pristine, pools great and beach one of the best if not the best in Sharm. Snorkeling is limited in extent but full of wildlife, and a short boat ride from the resort sits Tirana island with its beautiful reefs nearby and dolphin watch spots! The Premium all-inclusive is worth it, the washing and pressing of clothes included is the best service I ever saw. Dinners in a la card were amazing (with exception of the gala dinner which was pretty bad). Italian and Indian restaurants were amazing! Compliments to all the staff, including the nice gentleman in the pier were boats dock that sits all day there with a smile on his face, to the pool bartenders who made great drinks for the kids! A compliment also to Mahmoud from the dive club and the boat driver that took us to Tiran Island and diving, we had a great time! We will return for sure!

Wonderful resort ….the best place for me and my family ( visited twice ). Excellent hospitality from restaurant manager Ahmed Badrawy who was admired by all of us. He was a super friendly person who made our dining experience matchless and unforgettable. A very professional team leader and hard working. In short ,true five star hotel that I really recommend.

Everything regarding the cleanliness was perfect, except that sometimes we found the towels dirty. The staff was very kind and helpful and changed the towels straight after we advised them!

great huge sandy beach, with direct access to the sea. The water is beautiful, one of the best in Egypt. The resort has a chill ambiance, very quiet and elegant. Thanks to the architecture, the majority of the rooms are sea view. Sea View Room very comfortable, with king size beds and a wonderful terrace facing the sea. The food is delicious!!! I haven’t eaten this good in an all inclusive resort in years!!! It offers a main restaurant plus other 3 restaurants a la carte (Indian, bbq and sea food, Egyptian) all included in the premium all inclusive. The Egyptian restaurant was so good that we went 3 nights out of 6. The staff is so welcoming and kind, always smiling. Will definitely come back!
