Front desk (AHMED NASER) while checking in was very annoying and complicating the procedures

There should be more bars for each pool, The ice cream was very far away and only at a specific time. There should also be more activities for aqua vista not only for aquapark.

Friendly and helpful staff, kids can walk freely between the resorts. Spacious pool in aqua vista. Lots of varieties for breakfast/lunch and dinner.

I liked most that we could use the three sister hotels as part of our stay. It is very spacious lots of variety of activities and food offerings all day long.

The Hotel had no sea, but there was a shuttle bus to send you to the shore . The service staff at Restaurants and Bars are needed to concentrate on training for service and hospitality with service culture. The food variety is ok. However the morning coffee is not that good, especially the instant coffee machines that are not good for serving coffee . The ice cream service should be available during the daytime at pool bars as it was only at a single bar (Olympic pool bar) during evening time only, different my last experience in laguna vista Al Batros Sharm El Shiekh). The room TV needs to be updated. Also, during our stay, we suffered from finding sun beds by the pool, which alerts that the hotel should anticipate the occupancy to provide the needed for leisure. Food Variety is limited for the 3 meals, and the reservation team should give more options for booking ( bed only bb, half board , full board rates) and not to give one option only for bookings.

The reception team is helpful, especially Hesham and Markos, the respond is perfect, and they are giving all their best to ensure that the guests are satisfied and happy.

We had a truly wonderful and amazing stay , and I want to especially thank Mr. Ayman and the reception team for going above and beyond in surprised us with a beautifully arranged celebration for my son’s birthday that absolutely touched our hearts.The decorations, the atmosphere , and the kindness shown by the staff made it a moment we’ll never forget. My son was overjoyed!The hotel itself is clean, family-friendly.

We loved everything but the only disappointment was that the Indian restaurant was shut for the duration of our stay and it was the only food that my traditional family liked. Honestly the curries there were sensational. Its a shame they didnt use one of the other 3 restaurant to accommodate a few dishes.

Amazing the fact that all 3 hotels are directly next to eachother and have freeflow access between the restaurants and pools! They all have their own entrances round the front but round the back there is no partition or walls so you just walk from one hotel to another. Ali Maher at reception was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the time we left he was so helpful and understanding. He is an invaluable asset to the company.

There was no shows during my stay except one day fire show and actually I don't know if the show was entertaining or not because I was sitting at the back and couldn't see from the crowd Dinner had limited varieties although breakfast and snacks were perfect

The food in the many restaurants was good but lacked a range of choices. It was always edible but often repetitive. Deserts were not very good! Many of the staff were polite and helpful but a few were grumpy and touching on rude in their mannerism. The gym and Olympic pool were excellent and worth paying the additional fee for access to the Olympic pool but the guys running this facility need to smile more, be more welcoming and friendly.

The overall hotels are very well presented, well maintained and looked after. The cleanliness was faultless and the upkeep of the lovely gardens and landscaping was excellent. The overall facilities were very good. The water slides, albeit, for younger children., and the numerous pools were all excellent and safe. The room was ok, an ok size for two adults and young child. There was some construction work taking place directly below our room for them to build a new bar area, and even though this did not cause us much disruption there was a lot of nice at times. The hotel had a 400m running/walking strip which was very useful. The cleaning staff who serviced our room were very professional and maintained the room to a high standard.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Albatros Aqua Vista Hurghada! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The resort is always our go-to destination every year, and we were thrilled to see that the service has improved even more this time. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Mario at the reception, who welcomed us warmly and gave us a beautiful room that exceeded our expectations. Also, heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sameh, who personally supervised every detail in our room to make sure our stay was comfortable. The beach remains our absolute favorite place—relaxing, clean, and simply stunning. If we had one suggestion to make this experience even better, it would be to offer lunch at the Albatros Beach restaurant for guests staying at Aqua Vista, Aqua Blue, and Aqua Park. We wanted to spend the whole day at the beach, but had to go back to our hotel for lunch since the main restaurant offers more variety and better air conditioning than the snack bar. Overall, we highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The payments proses as they charged is extra fees because of my 2nd child although the offer i got from booking was free payments for the 1st and 2nd child, the reception officer couldn’t reach the booking customer service for investigation and asked me to follow up from mu side! Also I’ve tried to contact them and till now they didn’t feed me back with the results, i sent many emails and complaints but they didn’t respond . Very bad customer service

The staff were very nice and professional, especially Mr. Abdulrahman. The service was excellent. Room service was automatically done everyday. The hotel is very clean with so many amenities and plenty of pools. The room design was modern and luxurious. The aqua was fun and suitable for all ages. The variety of food was very good and the dining periods were long enough to accommodate various dining styles. The whole family had a relaxing and fun time. We will definitely stay again at Aqua Vista whenever we are in Hurghada!!

The sea is on the other side of the hotel, which was not mentioned in the description. There are sea photos on Booking that make it look closer. However, they do provide a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to the beach

The hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the open buffet food was great in both quality and quantity. There are lots of swimming pools and the hospitality was excellent.

The entertainment was very repetetive, had no variety and was very child focused (no entertainment for adults nor the youth). We had ordered two rooms but we were given a suit instead which was less than we had ordered because it had less bathrooms.

The staff was very helpful and tried to help us by any means necessary. The restaurants were very good and the pools were very good and clean. All the facilities were great (gym, pools and restaurants).
