What I didn’t like was the reception. While they were friendly, they didn’t seem to know many details, and we constantly had to call the manager to get things arranged. They even asked me for the bride’s ID at 1 a.m.

We booked a suite for a bride to get ready. There is an additional fee of 850 LE for the makeup artist and hairstylist to enter. If you want the room decorated, you must pay an extra 2000 LE as a refundable deposit, which is returned if the room is left in good condition. The manager, Ahmed, was very professional and helpful. He contacted us via WhatsApp and responded promptly to all our questions. The suite itself was spacious, providing plenty of room for getting ready.

The location is not good. It usually takes around 25 minutes to reach el corniche, and the roads are not paved. Also the sea is not clean but it's known that el Max sea is not clean and is not good for swimming.

It' s very quiet and relaxing and the staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, though there are no variations. It is the same Breakfast everyday but it's fulfilling.

* Wifi is not that strong but it is manageable * I would suggest having a mini-fridge working to store water and left-over food. Hence, I am also suggesting having a microwave to heatup the food * Location is far away from Central Alexandria (30 mins) but you can just go in the morning and spend your day and then return to the hotel to chill * The hotel is located in an industrial area so if you have any breathing problems, probably wouldn’t be the best choice as well.

* Everything in the property is marvellous. * Perfect for shutting your mind off and breath in the air and watch the sea from your balcony while reading your book or listening to songs or doing nothing even. * Suggest it to Honeymooners in the off-season because I am not sure what this property would look like in the summer-season. * Suggest it to those who would like to escape from the noises and people and busy crowded city-life * Staff are super helpful and very nice. * It is safe and I am talking from the prespective of a solo, female traveller.

Only those with allergies, asthma and or having breath difficulties are not recommended to stay here as the air is not that fresh due to neighboring industrial facilities. If it only depends on the hotel itself I would give the experience 10 out of 10.

The place is great. People here are helpful, mindful and very welcoming. This place is perfect for chilling, relaxing, and spending leisure due to the calmness and the eye-catching visionaries. Their service is fast and efficient with reasonable prices. Besides, the staff are responsible with great sense of hospitality

there is a wedding place next to the hotel - the noise level is not so bad - but is good to be aware of it; the restaurant is not really a classic restaurant - it is more like a kitchen and some serving tables on the roof top (not sure their working time); the pack to food items in unnecessary plastic items;

it is very peaceful place - great view over the sea and far from the noise and traffic of Alex. is is great to visit Alex during day and chill and relax here in the evening or mornings; the breakfast is rich and filling; lovely sunset view from the balcony; this review is valid for OFF season trip - the atmosphere might very different in full season; internet was good

Breakfast's set menu is dull and boring. Instant payment is required whenever I request a paid service (instead of simply adding it to the gurest's account and charging it at check-out).

Perfectly quiet. Sea view is something else. Staff is helpful and polite. Free parking. Amazing (and very expensive) fish restaurant 500 m from the hotel.

There could be more food avaliable at the breakfast

I liked the location of the hotel, because the surroundings were very quiet, we had a view of the sea and the hotel pool, there was no noise. Breakfast was served on the terrace with a view of the sea, it was not self-service, but certain dishes were brought to us (omelet, cheese, bread). The reception responded quickly to booking messages and they were friendly.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable,clean and with a nice sea view, we heard the sea waves from the balcony. I had a birthday, the day we were checking-in so the room was looking fantastic with all balloons and extra surprises!
