Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EgyptBooking.com collaboration with the customers is really terrible. They are asking me to contact the hotel directly or my bank to dispute the amount!! This is really annoying. The hotel reception was dirty and the rooms.
The hotel is very dirty and there are no staff to help. When i arrived I found the pool under maintenance with terrible and dirty view. I left the hotel immediately shooting a video with the pool and been trying to find out how can i get my money back with Booking.com unfortunately without any help from booking. Booking.com are asking me to contact the hotel because the hotel is not responding to them. The hotel is ignoring them and me. Very unprofessional staff. I'm really disappointed by the experience i had from both the hotel and booking.

Egypt1- Location:- far of the town or el mamsha. 2- Staff:- unprofessional, rude, unqualified. 3- Rooms:- unclean, poor, there is no water or no hot water atleast, insects are a major part of your life there including the little rats, cockroaches and ants etc, all things in the room are old or does not work like furniture, AC and TV and refrigerator etc, 4- Facilities:- there is no parking or gym or pool even beach chaise lounge.

Egyptthe beds were clean but the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the patio( but let’s be honest it was a windy day so it was hard to clean it) also the fridge at the room was loud

Egyptnot clean , insects in the room , no transportations infront of the hotel , no chairs or any thing to sit on the beach , stuff trying to be nice , tv , ac , shower bath all of these was out of service the pillows and the bed was not clean , the breakfast was a set menu that contains 2 cheese pieces and an egg and a orange juice that have dead insects in it , it was a terrible experience
