Perfect resort, good food, very good drinks, spotless pool, beautiful sea, definitely worth returning. I was very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the reception manager, Mohamed Shaaban, and the front office manager, Mr. Sameh.

Food needs more variety . The beach is not sandy works only for snorkeling and beach shoes is necessary.

Staff was amazing everyone meet us with lovely smile try their best to make our stay perfect . The resort is small so you can reach everywhere easily. The restaurant was good very clean and staff bring everything to your table without asking , food was tasty , again staff were amazing especially Mr. Ehab his smile made our days. There is no difference between Egyptians and other nationalities at all.

The number of pool chaise longues needs to be increased. Planting and green areas need to be increased. The sea and the marina during my stay had very high waves, and most of the time the red flag was raised.

We had a hectic check in and check out! ,I have even been called to reception on departure to pay equal to 3 USD for a broken mug!. I paid it but didn't make any sense!

A decent spot for snorkeling,, a lovely place to unwind, staff are polite and co-operative, special thanks to all dedicated restaurant staff, room service was great, rooms are very clean, refilling bottled water daily plus coffee and tea etc., open buffet was decent with enough varieties daily, lots of entertainment for kids, shows and aqua park.

This was a one-night extension of my previous 4-night stay — and once again, everything was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for at every step. The restaurant staff were simply outstanding — a huge thank you to Mr. Alee for his warm and attentive care. The front desk team was always helpful, handling every request with efficiency and a smile — thank you again, Mr. Mohammed. The pool was spotless, the rooms immaculate, very comfortable mattress, and the overall atmosphere just made it hard to leave. Looking forward to returning again soon.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at Amarina Queen Resort and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine Egyptian kindness and hospitality that truly made this stay special. The staff are outstanding — always warm, polite, and eager to help, often anticipating needs before I even had to ask. A special thank you to Mr Mohammed at the front desk for his constant smile, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The restaurant team was outstanding. Big shout out to Mr Alaa for his incredibly welcoming attitude and outstanding customer service. The food was fantastic — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with a huge variety of options each day to suit every taste. Every meal felt like a new experience, and I always looked forward to what would be on offer next. The pool area is spotless and very well managed — I never once had trouble finding a sun lounger, no matter what time of day I arrived to relax. Although I didn’t join the animation activities, there was a full schedule for those who enjoy entertainment. For divers and snorkelers, the on-site dive centre is a great asset, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help organise your schedule. My room was exactly what I had hoped for — calm, spacious, with a lovely terrace, a large bathroom, and powerful air conditioning. It was the perfect space to unwind. I’m already planning my return in October and genuinely counting the days. I highly recommend Amarina Queen Resort to anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, delicious food, and a relaxing Red Sea getaway

Super friendly staff across the whole hotel, from the minute you walk in and are greeted to reception to the restaurant, bar, pool and cleaning teams everyone stops for a chat. Great facilities combining a massive pool with a great beach spot and really nice rooms (I was given a free upgrade to allow me to check in right away). Good mix of food each day in the restaurant

- need more variety of food. - surrounding area is not very well developed so its difficults to get things sometimes although they have store inside which actually gives you price of 100 times the original price of product.

Very calm place, separate from other resorts, very beautifully made whoever has designed it. Has its own theatre. Separate beach and pool restirants for drinks and snacks. Food is really nice although the variety is not that much like you will see in main cities but its still good. Amazing staff, very honest and very helpful. You will love the staff there. They are brilliant.

We booked a room with a double bed, and we received a room with two single beds. Only got a different room when we raised a concern and pressed for the room we asked. With this rank of hotel, this shouldn't have taken place.
