The property is a perfect place with a perfect crew, specially Mr. Abdullah & Mr. Mahmoud from reception team, both gentlemen are a kind of people who always have a quick & satisfying solution for any challenges and they are making their utmost efforts to meet our requirements. Jacuzzi was not working properly in one of the swimming pools next to the beach. Sea food options most of it were fried.

The resort needs to reconsider the cost of medical services because it is extraordinary.

The resort is huge but offers everything you need for a great holiday. The landmark of our stay was the staff and their kindness, friendliness and care. They saved no effort to ensure that our stay was perfect. Cleanliness is exceptional. Excellent entertainment for the whole day and evening. Great variety of food. We also booked one excursion and it was one of the greatest experiences. We never felt chased or uncomfortable by those offering services and tours.

Review for our stay from August 7 to August 20 in Marsa Alam From the very beginning, everything was simply perfect. There was nothing to complain about – tip-top! At the start we were even able to change our room without any issues and received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Everything went smoothly and without complications. The entire staff was extremely friendly, very understanding and considerate. The resort itself is beautiful – wonderful pools, a stunning sea, and while snorkeling we were able to see countless colorful fish. The food was also delicious and varied. A special thanks goes to Marie, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. At the end she even arranged lunch packages for us and made sure that we were well looked after at the à la carte restaurant. Her support was truly outstanding – always there when needed, but never pushy. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday that left nothing to be desired. A full 5-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everythong was welcoming and extremely positive. We had a wonderful vacation. Entertainment could have been a bit more exciting, it was very humble and it would be great if there was transportation to the nearest city as there was no shuttle to the nearest city.

A big thank you to all the staff for their hospitality, care, and attention to every detail to make our vacation a success. I would especially like to thank Ms. Islam at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the restaurants, and the aqua park. The food was varied and delicious, the water games were varied, and the rooms were new and clean. We settled in in record time, and an upgrade was made. On somedays the shows could had been better. Sometimes it took hours till we get fresh towels in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Mr. Hisham at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of his way to assist us in switching to a spacious family room.(helped to combine two double rooms to family interconnect room for 2 adult and 3 kids) Our daughter has celiac disease, and Chef Yaser was outstanding — he personally ensured all her meals were 100% gluten-free, including delicious pancakes and waffles each morning. The rooms were large, spotless, and very comfortable. There were plenty of pools to choose from, all exceptionally clean with no broken tiles—unlike many other places we’ve stayed. The food overall was excellent, with a huge variety and consistently great quality. The lightshow and fireshow on the beach were amazing.

I am Muslim and I prayed at hotel mosque and I think it need more attention from hotel management as some of the quests and workers praying under the sun …

The hotel is great ..very elegant and staff was very professional starting from gate and reception passing by restaurant and bars and all was doing his job perfectly… the water was clear and clean ..pools was very good service was exceptional.

The hotel features outstanding facilities. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean The food options were exceptional, with a diverse array of cuisines that catered to every palate. The beach is simply breathtaking! With crystal-clear waters, and coral reefs. The swimming pools are beautifully designed, perfect for both relaxation and fun. The aqua park is fantastic The animation team deserves special mention! Nothing everything was upon our expectations

Everything was nice, comfy and clean , although there was many guests in the hotel , we didn't feel it annoying at all because of the many places of everything like pools, restaurants and even the activities . We appreciate the staff as they were helpful and friendly keen only about our comfortable and seek to make our stay special They upgrade our room to suit and the view was fascinated included pool and sea view . We are waiting to come next year for sure
