We were happy to accommodate your request by moving you to a quieter room without any additional charge, even though an extra fee is usually applicable. We regret the misunderstanding about breakfast timings. Our breakfast service starts at 8am daily. On one occasion, we kindly requested a later time due to unforeseen circumstances, but we did serve your breakfast promptly at 8am as per your preference when you declined the change. We apologize if this caused any confusion or inconvenience. Our goal is to provide friendly and attentive service throughout your stay. We're sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable at times.
