The staff were great and the dive guide was amazing. They did everything for us to enjoy the stay. The roof terrace made hanging around and sunbathing very nice. Yes it’s lokaled like 10 min walk from the city and the surrounding area looks a bit like a warzone, but me and my friend had the best time! Cheers

Smooth check-in, hospitable and friendly staff, very clean. Five-minute drive or 15-minute walk to downtown and there are supermarkets nearby. Mr. Omar was always available to assist with any requests we had, including arranging dives, transport, recommendations. Thank you for your hospitality!

The wifi only worked at the terrace and not in the room. I felt like there was a lack of furniture or bedside tables to put your personal effects. It was great to have a fridge but also not much else in the ‘kitchen’ area.

Omar is a really great host and will go out of his way to help you with whatever you need. He helped us get a SIM card, dinners, a taxi into town, diving etc. The living area was ample and the bed was very comfortable, the shower was good and the terrace at the top was a nice place to chill at the end of the day.

The B&B itself is amazing, but the location is very strange. In the middle of a “ghost town”. If you are not very experienced traveller or do not like unexpected situations or surroundings then we suggest to book something else. The authentic city centre is just a short walk away, but we couldn’t do it because dogs started to follow us (and there are tens and tens of half strays) and started to bark and attack us. Was quite scary. Also when we were visiting the chef was not in the house, all the cafes and shops were in the centre where we could not go because of the dogs, it was very strange experience all together. Omar and the staff were very helpful and we could order food in and one guy even helped us to walk to the store and scare the dogs off.

All the staff and host Omar are amazing and very attentive. B&B was very comfy and clean. The rooftop terrace was amazing and cozy. Animal friendly place - we stayed with our dog.

Breakfast is good, but only continental. I would suggest to foresee at least few options for "sugar-eaters" like us!!

Meeting Omar was one of the most positive experiences we had in Egypt. He is an excellent host, extremely kind and dedicated, he helped us in effectively arranging amazing activities even without any prior notification, at the right price and with impeccable precision. I didn't like that there were 2 dogs there and I have problems with dogs, almost the rest of roommates had no problems with dogs though, so that's just my personal problem, yet the hosts respected it and kept both of the dogs away from me all the time, I truly thank them for everything

The breakfast was simple, not very filling for a grown up man as myself, but it was good overall I loved the cleanliness in the room and bathroom, I needed a good comfy sleep with the airconditioner and that's what I got, a wifi to surf the internet I really liked the hosts being friends with all of us, also I became friends with the other roommates although I m an introvert myself. Even though I was only travelling for 12 hours for Work purposes, I really loved my stay there with everyone The friendly hosts kept offering and making us hot drinks all the day, it was amazing! we even played ping pong with everyone there I just loved it!

We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with private bathroom, living room, washing machine..) and we were offered a room in a shared apartment with shared bathroom. Finally we moved to a room with private bathroom, but this is definitely not what we booked. (this issue was corrected on the booking page so it should not happen again to future guests). Only removing 1 point as the rest of our stay was very good. Wifi is only on the rooftop, not on lower level rooms.

The owner is a very good guy and he made everything in his hands to ensure we had a good stay, he even shared his dinner with us on the first day. Breakfast is good. The rooftop is very nice, and it also has a kitchen guests can use. In general it is a very friendly environment.

We booked private apartment,but it was shared with other guests. We got refund( trip to a beach for free). Breakfast was basic. No AC, no fan, no tv. In developing area - noise from construction. But host was nice - probably still working on it.
