Everything actually, the food, the cleanness, the friendly and helpful staff, and all the facilities. The sea doesn’t have rocks at all, which makes it very enjoyable and relaxing.

The size of the room (especially for the price paid) was waaaaay too small. That was the only downside of the trip. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

The entire staff were excellent. Nada and Basil at reception, Nasr from Concierge and Mohd Imad at the restaurant - they were all outstanding and took good care of us. Housekeeping was also very impressive and did a great job. The hotel's beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen!!

The only downside was the ongoing construction work near the beach throughout my stay. It slightly disrupted the view and was a bit noisy. I just wish we had been informed about it beforehand.

I absolutely loved my stay, the rooms were spotless, the view was breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every day. The hotel facilities were top-notch and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort.

Late check-in and the room was smaller than expected. But overall, the quality of service and amenities made up for it.

My first evening was not enjoyable. I was there when there was construction going on at seaside restaurant. When I went to sit out at the balcony to enjoy the ocean and hear the waves, I just heard loud saws and hammering that went late into the evening. It was extremely frustrating considering I had just traveled 15 hours and for the amount I paid to stay 3 nights i was hoping for a premium experience. I understand that improvements need to be made- but at the price point I paid- it was not justifiable. Thankfully the sawing had reduced by the 2nd and 3rd night. I believe a discount is in order for any guests that stay during construction.

The beach at this hotel is pristine! It is breathtaking and beautiful. You have great staff out at the beach and found good service from house keeping and the employees at the buffet and spa.
