Extreme noise the whole night, due to the location at a traffic hub. Shabby, small rooms, the bare minimum, all in bad shape. The breakfast could not be less, they serve the bare minimum as well. The amenities they announce do not exist. Terrible place.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and polite especially mrs mariam. The location was great and it was a nice stay.

They called the police to deport us due to NO REASON!!! They were trying to sell us some visits to Pyramids and Nile which we did not wish for and it finished on our deportation.

عبدالله was very pleasant and did his best to accommodate me during the stay. He even made my bed and clean the room. He deserves a 10.

The hotel wasn't what expected. The hotel wasn't as advertised when I booked it.

Big room, very good attention, and balcony. The hotel is well located in the centre. Breakfast included!

The location is good

When i arrived the room was clean, but the wc was not working, the second day they did not even empty the bin or put any toilet paper. Bad communication with whoever answers to their whatsapp, I am not going even to mention their name or what they have said to me as it's very awkward.

The location is v.good neat the metro stn.located in quiet area . Staff is very welcoming, helpfull namely Mrs Maryam . All the staff are smiley.

There should be some counted items in the refrigerator such as bottles of water,cold drinks ...etc .

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, with a mix of local traditional and prepackaged cheeses. The air con was effective. Beds were particularly comfortable.

All good for a budget traveller.

I really liked the breakfast. Local and traditional, with a few cheeses sealed in packaging. Really tasty and healthier than I would eat in the UK.

The decor could be touched up, but this is standard across the area, and for the price I can have no concerns.

Hello, the staff were excellent. From the receptionist, Miss Noha, to the cleaning ladies, they were welcoming and very helpful. The hostel was very good, considering the price/quality ratio.

There was construction work on the first day of my stay. The first room i was given wasn't good, but the second day, i changed rooms for an extra charge, and it was worth it

I love this hostel it is clean and the staff super friendly the breakfast was amazing and the price is super affordable I can always count on this place whenever I am coming to Cairo

The room was very nice, even had a fridge inside to keep water cold for the morning. Each room has air conditioner which is very necessary. I am very grateful to Abdallah who assisted us and Mariem for helping with the check-in

Next to the metro station very good if you’re someone who would like to travel through metro. Private bathroom each room.

WiFi near my room sucks never worked entire 30 days trip always connect and disconnect no internet access. Noisy if you’re someone who can’t sleep with the noise then it’s other issue.
