The property was safe and in a great location. Doc Amro went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. He went out of his way to help us organise tours and transfers. The apartment was like a home away from home, it had everything we needed. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The pools didn't have signs so sometimes hard to fund but between host's directions and Google maps, we found them. Host offered many times to send his assistant to check on us.

The host, Dr Amro, was super attentive, was available by chat all the time and helped us with tourist attractions, being able to download an app that delivered food and groceries right to the apartment, advised us daily which pools were open and much more. The compound was amazing. Our children barely wanted to leave. There are many pools to choose from, a park, a basketball court and a tennis court, nearby restaurant and mini Market. Uber comes right to your doorstep which was also super helpful.

Dr. Amr is an exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful host! He stayed in regular contact with me to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything – always attentive and caring. The apartment is beautifully furnished with high-quality, handmade furniture and very comfortable mattresses. It’s spacious, well laid out, and can easily accommodate several people. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The location is excellent and easy to reach. The compound places a high value on safety. It’s located in an elite area with a very friendly and respectful neighborhood. There are also wonderful shared facilities, like a kids’ area and a swimming pool – perfect for families. No matter how much I write here, it still wouldn’t be enough to express how amazing the experience was. Truly outstanding – highly recommended!

Due to a situation outwith the owners control, the pool was not available. In the end, this led to a cancellation of the booking. We are waiting on Booking to issue a refund. Doc Amro provided for everything during our alternate stay. All the taxi transfers, fantastic guided visits to the pyramids, Great Egyptian Museum, Hanging church and Mosque of Muhammad Ali. All fantastic. I cannot rate Doc Amro highly enough and look forward to being able to stay on my next visit to Cairo.

Still some work in the building. New Cairo is a developing place and as such, it feels a bit unfinished and set apart.

Doc Amro was a fantastic host and available for every question and concern. We had a great stay and felt nearly at home. The campus is green and was very safe.

New Cairo is a developing are and once ready roads will be better lit and signposted.

Spacious with a pool nearby. The restaurant had a lovely evening atmosphere to relax , drink or have a sheesha.

The house is still not 100% finished. The elevator and electricity from the stairwell still do not work, but it seems like this will be fixed soon. Also one of the balconies of the house still had construction material.

Our host was incredibly helpful, always concerned about our wellbeing. He messaged us via WhatsApp and was very attentive throughout our stay. The compley is very safe and beautiful, we were able to enjoy some time at the pool, which is only a few meters from the apartment. The apartment was clean, big and very confortable. The beds were also really confortable and we were able to have a good night sleep after all of our turisting around. We were afraid that Ubers would not find the apartment, but that was not the case. Everything worked out perfectly.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is way more spacious than it looks in the photos, doc Amro is an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent time. The compound has a nice restaurant and good swimming pool. It's a bit outside the city centre but uber is cheap so that balances out. Me and my family couldn't be happier with our experience in this accommodation.

The apartment was spacious and well kitted out. The children’s playground was excellent, it was a very safe compound. There are some superb shopping malls about 20 mins drive away and transport is very reasonable and can be arranged by the host.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely gated complex in New Cairo. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with family, this is perfect. There are lovely pools, a supermarket, and a restaurant where you can order freshly prepared meals throughout the day. We were here during the Christmas season and it was really beautiful. The best thing about this property is the host! Nothing was too much trouble. You just had to ask, and it was done. Great communication even before arrival and during our stay. We also really appreciated the little welcome touches - a Christmas tree with presents, tea/coffee, and biscuits on arrival, etc. You will be well looked after by Doc Amr and he made our first visit to Cairo a memorable one. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment full of decorations, really felt like home , everything there shampoo , shower gel , paper towels and even towel there if needed you can ask the host to use them ( if you need extra ) responsetive host , amazing and always available, I will highly recommend this amazing apartment with all essentials you need really it's super amazing and I recommend this to ve your vacation home in 🇪🇬 to enjoy exploring Egypt and the kids at night can play in the gardens and kids area safely with the security everywhere

Our host was very helpful in every aspect from guiding to get to the place to suggesting convenient stores and places around. He was also very thoughtful, ensuring everything was okay or we needed anything. The apartment is well located, close to malls and activities in new Cairo.

Very spacious and comfortable, the pool is a great place to refresh after the heat in the bazaar or the pyramids and the lively restaurant with a big lawn and screen showing soccer matches a nice place to mingle and drink delicious fresh juices at sundown

We had booked another place, but something went wrong and we ended up having to find a place at very short notice. Amroo managed to get everything sorted and organized in less than 2 hours and was an amazing host during our whole stay. Doing simultaneous translations on the phone when we had problems communicating and getting in touch with our taxi driver when our phones did not connect . He made our stay very easy and yet flexible, calling us at 2 am to make sure we were on our way to the airport and didn’t have a last minute problem! I cannot recommend this place enough ! Thank you so much for helping us around Amroo!
