A special mention must go to Mohmed Matoaly from room service, who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, Pickalbatros Royal Moderna delivered a perfect family holiday — we left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!”

You will eat till you drop, you will drink till you pop oh my goodness it was an awesome decision. The activities they had to keep us entertained, the different restaurants you can book ahead to go to, the spa massage we had, a whole lot of good experiences for real. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The staff are the highlight of the facility, they will go ahead and beyond to satisfy you and make sure you are ok. Sunrise is really the sun rise.”
