    “There are not enough positive words to explain how much we liked this resort & our stay, but to sum it up, AMAZING!!! Everything single staff member we encountered were brilliant, however, a few mentions for the Posh Club especially, which is where we spent most of our time, thank you to the very helpful & organised Hanna & team, Patricia, Wardy, Moustafa, Paulo & also Pool Hassan loved meeting you all & thank you so much for your friendly yet efficient manners & for looking after us.     “Me and my family came to stay at this hotel we had an amazing holiday it was beautiful and the team at the hotel treated us so well I want to thank andrew in reception Ahmed talb who cleans rooms we were in Room 918 and we want to thank jidi who works in the golfkarts he helped us a lot and gamal who is a lifeguard he treated our son with such care and also rana who was apart of the night parties she was lovely. There were many we have just forgotten names but everyone was amazing and they made our holiday much better Chokran ❤️”

    “We visited Amphoras Beach – Ultra All Inclusive for the second year in a row with our 4- and 5-year-old children. Compared to last year, we noticed clear improvements, especially in the dining experience: higher quality dishes, more variety, natural juices at breakfast, and meals more suited to Western tastes (meat dishes, risottos, different types of pasta such as baked pasta and lasagna). There are also more restaurants available for meals, where staff truly make an effort to pamper guests. Service is outstanding, from housekeeping to reception – everyone deserves praise. Another positive change was the towel service, now without cards, which is a big plus.”

    “Very good experience in general! The location is great, the animation team and activities are very amusing. The scenery is amazing. The room service were helpful and clean. Mustafa Ismail and Abd Allah Fares helped us a lot.The hotel taxi is over priced. The food as well as its varieties are good. The conceige specially Alaa Gamal were accurate, prompt and helpful in taking care of our luggage. There's some opportunities though, the access to the sea needs some improvement, some of the rooms' stuff is outdated and needs maintenance.”
