Bathroom had a terrible stink. The steam sauna in the spa had no steam.

Amount of children in the pool area - screaming and jumping from the pool edge (even though it's not allowed).

Bathroom had a bad smell which the hotel tried to deal with by extra cleaning but it was clear it was a plumbing issue. Breakfast was so-so, not much for children except pancakes and muffins which seemed to come from a package, not freshly prepared. Fruit selection was also poor

Fantastic location, close to the beach. Bed was big and comfortable; selection of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Excellent service in reception. Spa pool was fantastic with a beautiful view to the garden, drink service.

Great hotel close to the city center and several meters away from the beach. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was also very good with not so many people which was unexpected:) All in all - if we go to Parnu next time, we would surely consider Wasa Resort;)

Our room was a bit small for 2 adults and a child.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was kept very clean, the food was lovely and the pool/spa area was amazing. Great location, 5 to 10 minute walk to the main restaurant, cafe and bar area on one side and 10 minutes to the beach on the other side. Nice play area near reception for toddlers.

One armchair in the room for two people. Would like another chair and small table. Also I would have liked a kettle in my room.

As the hotel is very close to the pedestrian street, there was some noise in the evening. The restaurant is ok, but unfortunately not too special (I'd recommend to have dinner somewhere else, breakfast was great though!).

The general vibe was great, cozy and relaxing! The hotel is relatively small, so there are not many people around and that's just good. The pool was warm enough for our 4 month old and interestesting enough for our 7 year old, the saunas were really decent and the breakfast was absolutely delicious as well!

The only suggestion would be to clean the sauna windows to allow guests to fully enjoy the experience — otherwise, everything was great!

The hotel was really great, especially for a family with a baby. The room was spacious enough for a baby cot, which we really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and very polite, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Our apartment was cleaned only once during our four day stay. Air conditioning was very noisy and leaked water on the floor and the kitchen tap leaked water all over the kitchen top

The resort was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the variety and quality of breakfast was amazing. The SPA is nice, and it has all the amenities (three saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool), and it was very cozy and enjoyable. Bathrobes and towels for accessing the SPA were available in the room. The rooms were big and clean, and the staff was very nice. As I travelled for work and I had a lot of shirts and suits with me, I highly appreciated the availability of iron and ironing board in the room.

The car park was packed and it looked like we were just super lucky to get a spot sometimes. You wouldn’t want to arrive too late in the evening.

The hotel was fresh and everything was easy to find. Charging our EV was simple and made the day trips very easy. The pool area and saunas were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. It was super quiet and we slept incredibly well.

The lady at the reception was friendly, polite and welcoming. Not often you see that in Estonia. Great location, everything is in walking distance. The spa is very nice, opens early.

Had a bit of trouble with parking. Paying for parking you'd expect to have a firm slot, but had to navigate and just park in territory across other cars.

Was a great stay, room fit the description and were comfy. Using sauna and spa area without limitations was excellent, great rest even if for 1 night. Breakfast was good, and very quick and welcoming receptionists.
