The breakfast area is not used anymore, but it would still be good to be able to get a cup of coffee. There's a kettle in the room, but nowhere to even get a spoonful of instant coffee. Leaving a jar of coffee and maybe some tea bags for the guests even in the public area would make the experience even better.

This an extremely clean and peaceful small hotel in the nicer part of Pärnu close to the beach and city center. Ample free parking in the back yard. The owner, an old lady, lives on premise and makes sure everything is orderly and clean. Good blinds and decent beds. Nothing is brand new but everything works.

Air conditioning would have been nice, but naturally old Villa’s do not have them and was known - fan of course available.

Beautiful ancient art Nouveau mansion in the town centre. Convenient accommodation, very clean. Everything is within walking distance.

The owner was speaking just a little bit of English but it was possible to get basic information.

Villa is very beautiful classical building, very clean, perfectly maintained. The room was equipped with everything what was needed, clean, quiet, arranged with taste and in the same style as whole villa. The building is located nearby park and coast, walking distance from the historical center. It was very pleasant stay, I an recommend!

Stayed off-season, at that time was good value for money. Chose a simple room, but there was a tea kettle and a fridge. Very clean. Lovely staff. Easy walk to the beach and city centre. Would stay again.

This place is so lovely, as much as the host. She’s so sweet and I really felt that she took care of me. The room was really comfortable, warm, with a private bathroom. The beach is just few minutes away. I would like to come back so much!

Room is basic, no tea or coffee on offer. Small towels & only one per person is offered. No daily room cleanup. Charges for extra towels or washing. Rather pricey for what it’s offering. Small bathroom with small shower.

Good location near the beach, parks and restaurants within few minutes walking distance. WiFi is ok but disrupted at times. Free parking. Clean place in a traditional building. Nice host. Good for a short stay.

Zero English spoken on reception. A kettle is available but no tea or coffee is provided. Cash only, forcing me to walk to town and back to withdraw cash which took a long time. No breakfast option and a lack of breakfast options nearby. At 9:30am, I was woken up by someone trying to open my bedroom door then knocking loudly - I don't know who it was. For €50 i expect more. No AC or controllable heaters.

It is a little bit old soviet style, outdated furniture, the owner speaks only basic English, they do not accept credit cards and the wi-fi is very very unstable which made working remotely almost imposible.
