Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

LatviaExpensive parking (25 eur/24h)! Could be agreement with the shopping center for hotel guests to have separate price. If I am travelling with kids, then I have no other option for parking.
First time here, husband was in love with veriety of different saunas, kids - with pools. Perfect breakfast with several choices of everything (potatoes, sausages, pankakes, kids menu etc). Direct entrance from the hotel to shopping center.

LatviaThe only downside we experienced was the very expensive parking fee—it cost us 50 euros for just two nights. However, despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was so wonderful that we would definitely return.
Our family stay at the V Spa & Conference Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were especially grateful that our youngest child was provided with a full-sized, comfortable bed at no extra cost, rather than a flimsy rollaway. The hotel's fantastic spa area is definitely the highlight, with a wide variety of saunas and pools that made for a truly relaxing experience. And the breakfast? Absolutely incredible! The selection was top-notch, and the special touch of having complimentary champagne made it feel like a real celebration.

LatviaWe didn't like that car parking was at extra cost, at least they could provide parking for those staying at the hotel so they don't have to look for a place to park their cars with their suitcases!
The spa was good, the breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable.

LatviaNot a ton to do in the city with very small kids, but that's not the hotel's fault - just to keep in mind. BUT! There was some weird scent in our room that we could not get rid of, as if someone was sweating a lot.
The amount of pools for kids exceeded expectations, as well as toys for kids in those pools were enough to keep them entertained, even refusing to go anywhere else. Breakfast was also great, served in Joyce restaurant, with a nice kids corner. The whole interconnection of the vSPA with the mall and its stores is absolutely amazing and extremely convenient.

EstoniaWe stayed in suite 401 and the price is far of being cheap. Unfortunately the artificial plant was covered by dust, I couldnt believe it, seemed impossible. So I touched it and left my finger prints there 😂 my grand daughter who was travelling with us has some allergies but fortunately she didn’t suffer because of dusty places.
Breakfast was very good with extremely many options. Location is perfect and spa department very nice as well.

Romania1. That we only stayed 2 nights. 2. No kids play room in a family friendly hotel. 3. No free parking and parking in the mall is extremely expensive, 25E/day (but very convenient, there's an elevator from the parking straight to reception). Street parking is 5 min away, probably a bit cheaper. 4. AC doesn't work very well. It was quite hot in the room. 5. No gym.
1. Modern, new, comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. Great night sleep. 2. Superb breakfast. 3. All the amenities you could want in the room, like bathrobes and slipers for kids, iron, bathroom stepper and toilet seat for kids. 4. Very nice staff and excellent costumer care. The jacuzzi didn't work during our stay, but they gave us free entry to salt world, which was nice to try (salt steam sauna, salt stone sauna and salt pool). 5. Location- it's super central, the Old Town is 5 min walk, Ahhaa center is also 5 min walk, mall, gym and shops near hotel. 6. Water world is very nice, very clean, baby and kids pools are amazing (and there are 3!!). Very family and small kids oriented. Bar has great drinks and food, including pizza and pasta. 7. Sauna world is amazing, clean, the best in Estonia. 11 types of saunas! The 110 C finish sauna was by far my favorite. Would love to return. 8. The whole pool/sauna area is well designed and in a relatively small area, but doesn't feel crowded or small. Loved it.

We had a room with spa access, and were pleasantly surprised, that amenities included also everything for our child - bathrobe, slipoers. There was also a potty and a step for the sink. Room has also everything you might need - iron, hair conditioner, body lotion and other amenities. Spa area is also very child friendly, a lot to explore. Very noce breakfast.

LatviaA bit overpriced for what you get. Pool was very crowded and with too cold water. Parking space costs 25 euro per night.
We was first time customers there and had a weekend stay there. From 4th floor, had a spectacular view to the nowhere (oposite houses). As we had our 10th wedding date - hotel personal met us with a bottle of champagne into our reserved apartment. Room was spacious and well equiped with stylish interior. We appreciate that. Breakfast was excellent, with wide choices and selections including fresh salomon, champagne etc. Very nice attitude from the personal. Dinner we took in hotels many-awards awarded restaurant Joyce. Meals was delicious and we recommend to order a Chef's menu. Very close to the AHHA centre. Thank you!
