How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Needed another chair in the room. Breakfast could have offered a couple more items.
Hotel is an airport hotel that looks like it was a college dormitory. It was perfect for our two night stay with great proximity to downtown and the sites. We also were able to drop off our rental car a day early and walk to the airport.

There is currently construction at the nearby train station, so there was a lot of noise from that site during the day. Overnight it was quiet.
The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were in a suite of two rooms that share one bathroom, but there were no guests in the other room, so we had a private bathroom anyway. They also had a coffee/tea station where we could help ourselves, and the wifi was also good. It's only a ten-minute walk to the airport, so it was a perfect choice the night before a very early flight.

Close to the aiport - easy walk there. Good location. Close to bus stop. Very clean, basic accomodation with everything we needed upon night of arrival to Tallinn. Good breakfast, too. Highly recommend!

Receptionist wasn’t there when we arrived and nobody answered the phone number indicated on the door. We only got in because some people went for a smoke and opened the door for us. Instead of a private bathroom, there was one bathroom for two rooms. No elevator: I had to carry the luggage to the third floor being pregnant. Ouch

No shampoo or conditioner.
I had a very early flight and was looking for a close stay for one night and as other mentioned it is in a walking distance to the airport very simple but clean and quiet type of a hotel. More dormitories type but I would stay there again to avoid dealing with the taxi in the middle of the night. I also took a bus in the evening which took 10 min. to get to the Tallinn center station called Estonia and was able to walk around the city. Conveniently located with a friendly staff place.

The noise near the area. Well, it cant be helped bec construction is being done in the across building. So, they start construction early like 7am.
The staff were accommodating. It is nice for staff to be welcoming esp when people are new to the place.

There was no AC or active ventilation in the room, so it was uncomfortably warm. I had to keep the window open, but the street outside was noisy. I was especially unlucky as demolition work nearby started at 7 a.m., making it hard to sleep.
Good prices, good location near airport, works 24 hours a day.

Window blinds need to be darker. AC would be nice.
Less than 10 min walk to the airport. Less than 10 min walk from Ulimiste station (there is major construction at the station so normally the walk Is much shorter). Less than 5 min walk to Ulimiste shopping mall. Other reviews say that the bathroom is shared but this is not true - they close off the neighbouring room so the bathroom is all yours!

No key card to get back in later; luckily anither guest turned up. Good that i had my own bathroom, but that was only because the adjacent room wasn't being used: its designed with pairs of rooms sharimg a bathroom.
Friendly welcome, only a short walk from the airport. Pleasant surprise to find tea and coffee available at the end of the corridor.
