Water wasn’t very hot for a bath and lack of breakfast (we were there during renovations).

The really helpful, informative and friendly staff. The characterful ambiance and spacious room - with a bath (which these days is unusual!). Brilliant location which was only a short walk from all the old city attractions.

Everything was perfect.

Amazing room in a beautifully renovated house. We had the suite on the first floor. It was spacious and very luxurious. Little balcony to sit. Excellent beds. Bathrobe and slippers were provided. Parking on a parking lot.

The staff was not very knowledgeable about where parking spots are and gave general directions that were not able to get us to the actual parking spots. We had stayed in four or five towns and had much better directions given by other staff. It would be helpful to have clear maps printed to help those who are not familiar with the city. The design of the shower over the bathtub was problematic in that there was no curtain on one side, so the water would drip down the wall and onto the floor. the bathroom floor was not sloped for the water to drain into the drain hole that was available. So we ended up having to mop the floor and the water so as not to slip on it after a shower.

Very big room in a junior suite with a four poster bed and high ceilings. Super comfortable bed. It was clean and quiet. It is on the edge of old town, but still close to restaurants and tourist sites.

Beautiful spacious room with huge soaking tub and great shower. Very comfortable bed. Three Sisters is an historic building just inside the old city walls, convenient to restaurants, cafes and shops.

The hotel was sympathetically restored with quirky features . The wooden staircases were beautiful. Our room was large and comfortable with a lounge area and a bathtub in the bedroom, it felt very luxurious, fluffy towels and Rituals shampoo and shower gel . Great location too. Staff also were very helpful.

Wonderful hotel with a unique historical charm. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room—it wasn’t possible to keep drinks cold or store perishable items. That aside, everything else was excellent. The location in Old Tallinn, with its fairytale-like atmosphere, made the stay even more special. I definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable experience

The room we reserved has stairs within the room + plus stairs from the 2nd floor (elevator arrive up to 2nd floor). also, there is no breakfast available

Centrally located in the Old Town with rooms full of character. We truly appreciated the friendly staff, who ensured that all of us were comfortably accommodated in appropriately sized rooms that matched our preferences. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Tallinn.

None of the below takes away from the class of this place Blinds should be blackout - too much light coming in There is no blackout between the bathroom and the bedroom so if someone uses the bathroom, light will flood in to the bedroom No lotion is provided To take a shower one has to climb in to the bath-tub. Not easy or safe for less than fully abled people
