There was no kettle/little coffee machine to prepare some hot drinks. Normally 4 star hotels provide such things. Sadly no bath amenities, only shower caps.

When we checked in, the room was not fully cleaned. We found hairs on the bed and in the bathroom, and it looked like the bed sheets had not been changed.

Some water features in the spa like the lay down Jacuzzi water bed only had two spaces working. Hotel restaurant expensive for the type of food. Perhaps eat out local! Other than that nothing to much to complain about.

Spa was good! Great Pizza!!!! Close to Old Town. Nice views from the area. Breakfast was decent enough.

We have been charged 10€ for an early check-in. We received a message that we can check in so we did. At the check out the receptionist informed us that we have to pay for the early check-in. No notice in advanced, no warning about the charge. Tiny rooms and awkward design of the bathroom. What is this c-through window in the bathroom? No privacy.

It's a very value for money option with access to the swimming pool and spa facilities. Very nice breakfast.

- Needs better upkeep. Room was quite clean (with minor flaws - hairs, lipstick on sink etc.) but some equipment was worn and in rough shape - shower screen, etc. - Also, beaten and scratched doors, hallway walls etc. - No ventilation in room over pool atrium, only a/c.

- Ok for the price. While worn, the standard is good. - Nice breakfast buffet, gets rather crowded. - Access to wellness area (both the saunas and the pool could be some degrees hotter/warmer - but that may be a preference) - Close to city center and ferry terminal.

The room was really hot. We had a small issue where the room hadn’t been cleaned properly but this was quickly sorted.

It was so handy for the ferry. The Spa was fabulous just what we needed after a week of travelling. We had a meal in the bar which was delicious and there was a good choice at breakfast.

The hotel room did not match the one shown in the photos on booking.com. We had booked a family room, but the informative pictures showed a much nicer room.

Except the rooms, the hotel would have seen maybe it's best days. Hopefully the spa area would be also upgraded sometimes to 2020's level, then it would be superb hotel. Also the drinks on the pool bar could be done from quality spirits (not the cheapest voda, rum and whiskey) because the prices are bit high for cheapest spirits.

It's nice but a bit old hotel in good location in Tallinn. Rooms are renovated and modern.

The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel served a fruit platter for my birthdday. They have a good SPA with several kinds of saunas. It is located to close to the port and the old city.

Unfortunately my elderly parents in law and trouble with the room that was offered. They have mobility issues which was not taken into account on arrival. Several room changes had to be undertaken, and the room they finally accepted (near an accessibility lift) still had issues which needed to be addressed. (Bath wouldn’t drain, room not properly cleaned). These were eventually sorted.

Modern bright clean looking Hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent location to walk 10 mins into Old Town and Ferry Terminal in opposite direction. There is a fully stocked supermarket across the road for anything you have forgotten or need. Perfect.
