There’s nothing to criticize about this hotel. The room was lovely, breakfast was very good, the breakfast room very nice. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Very nice and helpful staff!

No room safe, although whole city feels safe. Some noise from street life, but not a huge amount.

Lovely old building with very clean comfortable rooms. The shared kitchen/dining area was great as we were a group of 6 and it meant we could prepare breakfast and eat together.

Very nice hotel. Hard to imagine a better location. Great staff. Beautiful design with old time charm. Parking in front of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

Little -bahtroom water was not hot in the evening,some toilet tools

Everything, especially location, centrum -but was not noisy. Comfortable beds.Very good that they have small kichen which you can use🙂

The atmosphere of the hotel matched the old town perfectly- but with modern and comfortable elements! The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. I am sad we only had one night, but we will certainly stay here again our next time in Tallinn!

Although the room was very clean, the shower tiles and grouting needed extra attention as there was an unacceptable amount of mould. Mould cleaner would fix the problem.

Not about the hotel itself but… During nigh time, abusive drunk guest sitting inside next to entrance and shouting at us because we did it want to talk with him. Also someone - probably also a guest sleeping on couch in the hall way.

Good price per value. Located next to a shop and also in a great place to walk around city.

I didn't like the breakfast that much. There was some variety and I'm sure for some people it would be convenient but not for me.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, I saw and felt the warm atmosphere, and it was met with a nice welcoming from the receptionist. She gave me plenty of tips and directions. I loved my room, the interior of the hotel, and especially the terrace. The hotel is just of the old city centre, which was highly convenient when dropping off things I bought or for a break.

Breakfast was ok, but not as good as we were expecting, so after the first morning we preferred to go to a nearby coffee shop for breakfast.

Old school family run hotel just outside the walls of the old city. Charming balcony seating and very quiet. Lovely bathroom and small kitchen area to prepare your own breakfast if you desire. Maria was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Old Town near Viru Gate but it is just a 2 minute walk to City Hall and all the attractions. The location is perfect and quiet at the same time making it perfect for a good night sleep away from the loud late night bars and karaoke. The hotel is charming and full of character. The first floor kitchen is providing all you need for a coffee or tea or something you want to buy from a 24/7 Supermarket around the corner 1 min away. A recent review mentioned loud music on weekends from the club ? There is no club around the hotel or noisy areas so I don't understand the review..
