Unfortunately we had very noisy family in upstears. Most saunas in spa were too cold. The only good sauna was in women's shower area.

Jakuzi was dirty, saunas in the evening were lukewarm warm. The working time on the website was longer than in the real life. Also, you have to buy flip flops and the reception does not allow to add it to the room bill, we needed to pay for everything on the spot. Which was quite weird.

We liked that the hotel had pools and saunas, play room for the kids was fun and also breakfast was quite good.

The bathroom was ok but it felt like traveling back to a b&b in the 1970s. Water pressure was good though.

There is nothing to complain. The hotel has a very strange design but everything is OK. Breakfast was good, the hotel is dog friendly. The location is neither in town nor at the beach.

Small pillows in bed were bad. And jacuzzi in spa zone was not working properly- it was cold water and bubbles was not working because of some technical issue.

Helping and good English speaking lady in reception. I liked pool in spa area. Stay in hotel room felt private and silent. I liked warm bathroom floor. And climate control.

The hotel advertises spa and saunas, but the saunas are switched off already 1h before the closing time. Be aware to use the saunas early in the evening and don't leave it to the last hour of the opening time.

I enjoyed that the staff was friendly and helpful. For instance when the air conditioner was not working properly (was only freezing ad none could adjust it) then the staff proposed to change the room directly. Also at breakfast table they took care of my special needs. Love that!

Architecture reminds of Soviet 80s. Big concrete hotel, not very cozy feeling. Quite mediocre breakfast. No direct access to beach, a bit far from the centre and the main beach.

Close to the beach and costal meadow conversation area (rich of birds!). Spa was very good - enjoyed especially a water gymnastics. After check out you can stay in spa without limits. More patient neighbourhood compared with other spas.

Only small things to improve. Children’s play corner could have needed some upgrade and some more toys. There is a Lotte playroom additionally which costs extra. Would be nice if it is free for guests. Hotel has a lot of land around it, so it would be nice if there were some playground for children or relax areas. Would be great if children’s menu in restaurant would contain some basics like simple noodles. Some food which is suitable for smaller children. Otherwise food was good!

Good value for money! There is a little spa area which was enough for our family and included in the price. Hotel has parking around the hotel for a little price. We requested baby bed which was also provided and they were very friendly to change it because size was too small. There were two types - smaller cot out of wood and travel cot. Hotel has its own restaurant on the premises. Nice walking paths at the coastline and the walk to the main beach was not too long neither. If you can’t walk much, then is better to drive with car or take a bus. Room was comfy and for us enough - we had family room which had a balcony. Breakfast was good and also enough.

We stayed in a Deluxe room, which is one of the more expensive options at the hotel, so we expected a higher standard. Unfortunately, the room was missing some basic amenities — for example, there were no wine glasses available. The light above the bathroom mirror was crooked, and the air conditioner made quite a lot of noise during the night, which affected our sleep quality. The SPA area was also a bit disappointing. It was overcrowded, and some of the facilities were constantly occupied, making it hard to enjoy the experience. The hotel itself feels somewhat outdated and in need of renovation.

Hotel location good for beach, need to drive to town and amenities. Hotel facilities good, especially spa and rooftop pop up bar at weekend. Good choice breakfast buffet.

Parking places are scarce. They wanted to charge us for the parking, though in the Booking confirmation it was free. So, a small dispute with the reception boy :( Far from everything. Breakfast room is crowded, though the breakfast is really decent.

Nice huge (probably Soviet time or something close to it, but properly renovated) hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, smiling staff. Our room with a balcony was big and cosy.

There was only one tiny pillow on each bed. Because of that, people with weak back or neck problems may experience difficulties.

The property is well situated, a five minute walk away from the beach. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We could even check in earlier.
