There’s no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, keep that in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage.

I question that in a message sent to the customer they ask that in a private message you write what should be done better and to give feedback 10 +. I think it should be open in the reviews mentioning what previous customers consider to be deficient, then it is much more reliable

There is really nothing to complain about this apartment. New, clean and spacious. Well located as it is only a short walk to the old town and city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Sink in the bathroom was really small and there's not much room to put the stuff on. It was absolutely no problem for us as we stayed only one night, but when having more than a toothbrush and longer stay, then washing in that sink was quite cumbersome.

New building in the complex of other well designed buildings. It was very convenient to have parking lot just under the building. Host had a lot of thought put into hosting guests - many things one does not have on "average" short-term apartment, e.g. even small cups of coffee cream were in the freezer (capsule machine was as well there). Really big and nice porch looking into the opposite side of the street was a great bonus! I can suggest for a short-term stay and we might use it again!

Great apartment on the main road. The owner provided everything needed for short and long stays and answered our questions quickly. A playground is on the next building. Underground parking is available. Thanks again!

The apartment is very beautiful, spacious and clean. It has everything you need, and the location is also great. On a sunny day, the large balcony is like the cherry on top. When I vist Tartu again, this would be my first choice for where to stay.

It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. While it wasn’t an issue for us, some might find it inconvenient.

I expected this apartment to be good, and it didn’t disappoint. The self-check-in process went smoothly. Inside, it was clean and quiet, with a nice interior, a comfortable bed, and a fully functional kitchen. The location was convenient, with some excellent restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the city center.

Everything was amazing. The absolute cleanest air bnb i have ever been to. Even hotels arent as clean. Super comfy big and soft bed. Amazingly big TV and balcony. They dont lie when they say that they truly have everything you need in the apartement. Very detail oriented. Great host!

Not something owners can change, but if you travel with small kids/baby just be aware that there's no elevator. Getting from underground parking to 3rd floor with a stroller will be a bit of challenge.

We had a very comfortable stay as this apartment really had everything you might need for a 1 night stay, including coffee, some things for cooking and even shampoo and shower gel in the shower. The apartment had well equipped kitchen, some extra blankets and pillows. Surroundings, kids playground and private parking were great extras. Also some good cafes, parks and landmarks - all within walking distance.
