A swimsuit dryer in the spa would be handy, the hairdryer could use an upgrade, and guests should bring their own slippers, as none are provided.

Excellent location - right by the sea with a lovely view from the room. It's peaceful and close to everything in Kuressaare. The SPA was good, the breakfast was decent - nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. In the room some furnishings showed signs of wear, but it was clean and tidy.

This is a personal preference and does not change the view of the SPA Hotel itself but I am a very light sleeper and as I was in a room, that was facing the parking lot / street, I was awoken by a little traffic. If you recognize yourself in that statement, maybe ask if there is an option for a sea facing room. The beds were on the harder side as well but again - this is a personal matter.

I was really satisfied with the service - I took a massage from the SPA services and it was amazing! The room had everything I needed (even TV options like GO3, Netflix, Youtube etc for leisure options). The SPA was small but everything one might need was packed into the space really well.

- SPA: 8 out of 10. It seems to be a bit small for the amount of visitors; - Continental breakfast: 6 out of 10. Breakfast offers good variety of food, but taste is average; Service during breakfast is 10 out of 10 though. - Rooms interior: look a bit tired, bathroom especially. — Room cleanliness: 6 out of 10 e.g. we had service 3 days in a row, the bed was not made, carpet was not cleaned either. — Ventilation in the room is poor, might be an issue if you are sensitive/ allergic to smells.

Some little things, like no fridge, air conditioner and kettle in the room. And sauna could work longer, till 23:00 p.m., especially in summertime 😊 Bad isolation between rooms, so you are lucky if you will have very silent neighbors :)

Pets are allowed but you are not allowed to leave them alone in room and also not allowed in the breakfast room and restaurant. So you’re forced to eat outside. The new spa is great but why does it only open at 5pm for 4 hours? And finally, room service should remove four spiders and webs before new guests arrive.

A very nice hotel located in front of the sea. The room was nice, bed good and breakfast no complaints. The new spa area is amazing. It could be fantastic but has some flaws.

1. The room - it looked very old, cold and worn down. Nothing modern. Not even similar to the one in the photos!!! 2. The corridor and the room had an unpleasant smell. There were many mosquitoes in the hotel. 3. The bed was terrible!! It was very low and the mattesses were very thin and old. A double bed actually were 2 single beds, which didn't want to stay together and kept moving apart. In the mornings we both had backaches:-( 4. Almost no toiletries, only soap and the robes. No slippers, no cotton pads, no conditioneer, nothing! 5. No boiler and no fridge in the room (although there is a special space for a fridge!).

Nice, clean and cosy SPA center with 5 different saunas, 2 jakuzzis, and a swimming pool. Unfortunately, there are no big towels in the SPA center to dry yourself afterwads, there are only very small ones. Nice surroundings, close to the water and to the castle. Breakfast were OK, although it could have been better for a spa hotel. Spaceous free parking lots.

The room design a big outdated. The Armstrong ceiling gives it a cheap look. The beds are not so good, the duvet cover is not from satin. The pillow is very small and has bad stuffing.

The hotel is situated in a very nice location - big windows overseeing the shore, just wonderful. There is a very nice spa area, with a different selection of saunas.

Room doesn’t have an A/C so if days are hot it’s kinda hot in the room. Maybe rooms need a little bit of renovation.

The location is very good, hotel stands by the harbour and nearby the castle. Breakfast was also good. SPA center is good but jacuzzi is quite small, but they have a cool massage pool.
