No hair dryer in the rooms, no ellectric kettle, no shampoo in the shower. Room was booked for 3 persons (2 adults and 11 years child), but all accesories were prepared only for 2 persons.

The Spa is the best in the area. The Staff is great - so much more friendly than coupke of years ago- very friendly and nice, ready to help. Also, comparing to last year, the sitting situation during breakfast improved a lot, last year it was overcrowded most of the time, and there was no space between tables often . This year we always had space (we were in a group of 9) and it never felt crowded.

We enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious and clean. Thick blackout curtains. Comfy beds and pillows. Park views. Breakfast selection was nice, both sweet and savory options. We also had dinner, the options were more limited but still nice. Very friendly service ladies in the buffet restaurant, always had smiles on their faces. Spa was great too - a good selection of saunas, the pool had big windows with lots of natural light. Internet connection was good. We also had a hair dryer in the room although we didn’t use it. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect - 7 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the bus station. A big park nearby and lots of greenery. Also very cool that the checkout is at 12 - game changer!! We had breakfast and then had enough time to pack and chill in the pool too. They also allowed us to check in a bit early. We didn’t want to leave!

There were no flip flops and hairdryer in the room. The soundproofing was not the best.

The sauna and spa centre was nice and not too crowded. The breakfast was reasonably abundant, with two kinds of porridge and plenty of fruit. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the beach and old town.

The place is popular among Finnish elderly. A bit worn rooms but kept clean. Parking is 10€ per night :( Also, be careful on which dates you’re booking, as there are each month maintenance dates when SPA doesn’t work.

There were no hair dryer in rooms and prehistoric in Spa zone. No slippers included, and there were only liquid soap in showers.

This time non existant tea selection during the breakfast....only peppermint tea was available this morning. Stock up, please :) Also the room I had my Thai massage in felt to cool....it isn´t nice to be feeling frozen after the massage. I also wish the temperature in at least one of the bubble pools (jakuzzis) would be warmer......32 degrees felt too cold to be able to sit and enjoy it.
