Viljandi is a wonderful little town in the center of Estonia. We enjoyed our night in Schloss Fellin a lot. Room was clean, had A/C and bathroom was luxurious with different showers and amenities available. Hotel is a short walk away from other restaurants if you don't manage to get a spot at the hotel restaurant. We also had to leave early for our wedding, so staff made sure we can have breakfast earlier. It's a great hotel for couples who want to stay away from the city or on the way to southern Estonia.

Great spa, sparkling welcome drink as a nice surprise, quality toiletries, wonderful breakfast in the Novell cafe including a children’s corner, small details everywhere that make you feel great and welcomed. And the chandeliers in all the rooms of the building including both clients’ rooms and the common areas!

Wonderful property, great location. The room was beautiful, very clean. We had our puppy with us so they gave us a dog friendly room that was fully equipped with bowls, a doggie blanket and separate towel for our four legged boy. The staff is very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

Breakfast is on the menu. The buffet breakfast in the hotels is better. But I understand that it's difficult to make a breakfast buffet in such a small hotel. The bed is too soft for me. A little expensive.

Room size and overall room feeling was a little less than expected from my point of view (for the cost of it). Biggest downside was the dinner and breakfast waiting time and quality. Some of the food was good but overall it was close to mediocre. Breakfast should definately be a lot faster (waited about 35 min for our porrage, omelette and muesly). But as our overall stay was still enjoyable just take these things into consideration on future service improvement.

Hotel staff was very helpful with everything before and during our stay. Overall quality of the hotel and its SPA area (including massages) were very good.

Everything was amazing! Customer service great, room was clean (!) there was no dust anywhere. Food and drinks was very good at the Book cafe Novell aswell as the great customer service! Soft and comfortable bed, baby bed was ready in the room, as requested. I can highly recommend, the price meets the standards at Schloss Fellin. Free electric charging for car was a big plus! Thank you so much for this lovely experience, we will come again for sure!

Stairs were a bit steep from 2nd to 3rd floor, but they called us beforehand and asked if it's fine for us to use stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor which we agreed to.

since we visited the hotel in the middle of a week, the restaurant was closed and the kitchen of the cafe was also closed relatively early.

It was a very private visit; for example, we were the only people in the spa. It seemed that way in the entire building. 😊 We liked the wonderful chandeliers – they were truly impressive and luxurious.

Tasty A la carte breakfast with multiple options. Plus points goes to that they had also vegan options in their breakfast menu. Fresh and good quality breakfast. Comfortable rooms and nice interior design in the whole building. I recommend to walk around the building to get to know about this historical house. Cozy small spa with couple saunas and pool. I really liked also little relaxing room, where you can enjoy cup of tea after massage.

Excellent property. Takes you back in time. Beautiful decorations, authentic, and the architecture itself is exquisite. The location is on top of the hill, only a 3 minute walk from the ruins. The spa area is clean, comfortable, looks great, comes with a homely atmosphere and has everything you need for a nice spa evening. Our room and especially the bed was comfortable beyond measure, which is why I took a voluntary nap on the day of arrival and pre-departure. Apart from that, the interior is very pleasing and males you feel home within a few minutes of arrival.
