There is no front desk staff, so I had to message in the app if i need anything, and sometimes you get a reply 2-4 hours later. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted, but it was manageable

They are not flexible with check-in/check-out times. Even though everything was very clean in the loft, for some reason I had allergy symptoms when inside (I am allergic to a lot of things and I don’t know what caused allergy inside that particular accommodation). As soon as I was out all the symptoms were gone and they were coming back on return to the room

Check-in is at 4 PM, and before that it’s not possible to leave luggage or rest in a common area. All access is contactless via a code, which started working exactly at 4 PM. The room also has code access only, with no internal lock, which made me feel a bit uneasy as a cautious person.

Cozy and bright studio with a work desk and a kitchen. Basic set of dishes provided. Location is a bit far from the center, but as expected – about 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by taxi. A supermarket is nearby.

There is no staff at the location, you won't be able to get into the building until 4pm when your code is automatically activated. Even though they have a common room and a laundry room, those areas are also only accessible by key code. There isn't a place to store luggage either before check in. So, don't show up early. Bed is very firm. The location is far from old town, but there are bus stops very close by.

The apartment could use an AC, due to high temperatures in the summer, else I suggest people pack a fan. Another small issue was with how clean it was - we found a couple human nails on the floor and on the sofa, as well as male underwear with skid marks in the corner behind the curtain.

I expected the apartment to be smaller from the pictures. There was plenty of space, clean towels, shelves and cupboards, and a nice shower. All the necessary kitchenware was provided. The apartment had The Larsen team were very polite and answered every question in detail, leaving no space for interpretation. Also every special request was considered and the ones that could be done - were done. Overall, considering the price, it was definitely worth it.

The air conditioning was locked and couldn’t be changed from heating to cooling. Tried contacting maintanance, without any luck. Room was 25C for the whole week in late July.

I didn't like the dysfunctional AC and the overal poor ventilation in the building. It was really hot even during the night.

The hotel room has just everything I needed for my week-long business stay. I especially appreciated the kitchen with basic equipment and the fridge, so I was able to cook my own meals. I also liked that fact that the hotel is easily reachable by several bus lines from the very city centre and that there is a large supermarket just opposite to it. Checking-in and -out was very easy and I was provided all the information well beforehand.

The heating was not possible to stop. At the room I was able to handle how hot it was because of windows (but wasn't so quiet with the window opened) In the coworking was imposible to stay some days because of the heat and could not open a window. I understand is usually a cold place, but this summer at least, we had very hot days.

Considering the weather, it would have been good to have at least a small fan in the room, as the busy road outside made it hard to keep the balcony door open for long.

The room was exceptional, and the location - with a 24h supermarket right across the road and so many transport links - made it easy to be comfortable while exploring Tallinn.

i had to move from one room to another because of some technical issues with the booking. although, they made it as comfortable as possible for me to move, gave me two codes and the rooms were close to each other. another thing that i continue to encounter is the temperature and location. often it’s too hot in the room, but when i open windows to cool it down it’s too loud and hard to sleep, because Õismäe is such s place where people like to drive their loud cars 24/7, so everytime i’m too hot i have a dilemma. it would be nice to at least have fans in the room.

as always, modern, comfortable, smart way of using the space. comfortable parking, self-checkin (perfect for introverts:) ).

There was a slight smell from the bedding — pillows and blankets could maybe be cleaned more often during the summer. My room (No. 110) on the ground floor was facing the trash area, which wasn’t very pleasant. The entrance and exit to the parking garage are quite narrow and can be tricky to drive through.

Very convenient self-check-in — everything is automatic. Underground parking is a big plus. The room was clean, everything is new and well-maintained. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and the design is stylish and modern. Great value for money. There’s also a laundry room with the option to wash and iron clothes, a nice terrace, and a cozy common area.

I found a hair on one of the plates, which wasn’t very pleasant. I also wish they’d provided a bit more than just salt and pepper—there wasn’t even any sugar! It would’ve been helpful to have a small bottle of cooking oil as well, since cooking is an option, but having to buy a whole bottle just to use a tablespoon feels wasteful.

It's located near a very big supermarket and a bus stop to take you downtown. The rooms are equipped with a stovetop, microwave, some cookware. The check-in process is fast and easy, no need to communicate with anybody.

I loved everything and there’s not a single detail i could talk about as it was all excellent

When I got the to my room, I was amazed of how it looked, everything was super clean and tidy, It had this comfort feeling that made me want to move in there forever, Shoppinh center and other big shops are very close, I will definitely recommend for everyone to book it and experience the wonderful and comfortable holiday

Room was very clean. Shop very close to the property is open 24/7. It is very convenient. Nice park in the area.
