We loved our 3 day stay here at this Radisson. It was a easy 10 min walk into the Old Town, the English speaking staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast option was well worth it. We stopped at The MEKK bar and restaurant in the lobby for drinks and a meal one night, it was excellent also. We had a superior room on an upper floor with a beautiful view of the Old Town also it gave us access to the top notch spa on the fourth floor.

AC was weak in the room. First night was too hot to sleep comfortably. Second night finally got better. Coffee maker must have been the noisiest I ever experienced in all my travels (but it did make good coffee!) The hotel was in the business district, some ~ 15 minute walk away from old town (not a problem for us, but it may be if you want something in old town). The second night we had poor service at the hotel bar; (the one in the first floor). the bartender took around 30 minutes to even notice we had walked in, and then hurried us to finish ordering because he needed to close.

Large modern hotel; rooms were decent size and clean; good view! Good coffee in room! It was good that breakfast was optional. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff at check-in. Unfortunately I did not get the name, but I’d love to commend the young lady who checked us in. She was so genuine in recommending her most favorite restaurants in the area (which were Not the hotel restaurants!) and she even noticed that our stay overlaps with m birthday. Very friendly and nice.

We noticed only some minor things, for example the bathroom drawer seemed to have some issues when trying to close it, it kept opening. Some light switches in the room didn't seem to have any purpose. And we also used the food delivery and were little sad when we could not find traditional estonian rye garlic bread on the menu. But as mentioned above, we were very happy with the visit and really there was nothing to complain about.

The service was fantastic, we celebrated my fiance's birthday and got sparkling wine delivered to the room with handwritten card - that was an amazing surprise. Already without the extra mile we were happy with the service, but that was just amazing. Also the view was great, the room was clean and very comfortable.

Service in the sky Issei bar was not good. Behavior and attitude of one of waitresses was not professional. However food was good and city view was very nice.

Receptionists were very nice and hospitable. We enjoyed the Spa center and massage. Food and drinks at Issei bar were good.
