Interior is outdated. For the money visitors pay it could be better.

Beds were uncomfortably hard. No extra pillows. Room lacked the basic hotel amenities e.g. fridge, kettle for hot water. One indoor swimmingpool + hot tub - wouldn't call that a spa! Staff was very distant and lacked the welcoming attitude. Not interested how the stay was etc. Restaurants were advertised, plus grilling outside but only the pub was open.

Breakfast was ok - not great but satisfactory. Little disappointed in the selection of fresh local products e.g. bread. Location needs your own car. Surroundings are great for people travelling with dogs. Great possibilities for outdoor activities.

The hotel is waiting for a renovation. The breakfast service staff could be much more friendly and hospitable. The spa area could be better, a larger jacuzzi and shared sauna would add value

The surroundings of Pühajärve offer a peaceful and natural environment, which is ideal for rest and relaxation. Otepää is within walking distance. The pub food is tasty. The service in the restaurant is smooth

Beds and Bathroom ,and they could have provided basic coffee and water at least to rooms.And the bed was not that great and comfy.

Our family recently enjoyed a memorable stay at Pühajärve Spa & Holiday Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort offers a serene and scenic environment, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the extensive cycling opportunities around the area. The well-maintained cycling trails provided an excellent way for us to explore the beautiful natural surroundings, making our stay both active and enjoyable.

The suite room could use some renovation. A kettle for coffee/tea would be great. Also adding a sitting places at the balcony would add a nice touch and allow guests to enjoy the lake view. The price is a bit too high for the offered comfort.

Nice pool, great breakfast, helpful staff, pub with very good menu, bowling, gym, restaurant in a tower. Calm and peaceful at night. There are vending machines in a spa reception and hotel lobby, you can buy coffee, ice cream, beers, wine, swimming wear. Hotel offers bike rentals. There are very good winter swimming facilities at Pühajärve beach.

Would have been nice to have more time to enjoy the spa. Another time. It would be nice to have an area to wax cross country skis. We went to the Tehvandi Sports Centre to donsome waxing.

Nice big hotel surrounded by nature. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed, nice baby crib, solid breakfast. In the evening you can stay at a hotel, because there is a very nice pub with a great choice of food. The pool is great, on the 2nd floor with great views from it. Great play room for kids. Territory around the hotel is green and calm.
