Have been in this hotel every summer. Will like to longer the breakfast time on working days on summer season. Most, 99% visiters are on vacation.

As expected in location like that, can be a bit noisy.

Good old-town location, all the restaurants etc. are very close. Panoramic view of Parnu from the balcony. Nice breakfast. Polite staff, even spoke my language that was unexpected.

The hotel was built in Soviet era, therefore the rooms are relatively small, but they are renovated and functional

Location in the center of Parnu, close to bus station, central street, shops, and 15 minutes walk to the sea. Spotless cleanness, comfortable bed and very good Scandinavian style buffet breakfast included in price. All rooms are with balconies, there is a perfect view of the town from higher floors

Breakfast staff were very surly and not pleasant, no smiles, "good morning" and "do you require anything?" does not cost anything and should be a common courtesy, the staff need some training in this aspect of their duties, lack of language skills should not be an excuse. Some of the hot food was only warm and there was no scrambled or fried eggs and the advertised omelette was "a joke".

The hotel is well located and has car parking. The hotel is very well presented and extremely clean and pleasant. The room was spacious and well equipped and everything functioned well, apart from the breakfast staff everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was tiny and the shower is literally next to the toilet seat and is only divided from it by a curtain, but it worked.

The location is very convenient - across the street from the central bus station and the area with all the restaurants. The room was silent and well maintained. Good breakfast and value for money.

Parking, location, staff, cleaniness, slow and cosy atmosphere.

This is a decent and affordable hotel, however I doubt if it is a 4 stars hotel. Not super fancy but I felt comfortable, and had all that I needed. Breakfasts were excellent, staff was very, very helpful and nice. The hotel has got a parking behind the building which is a great feature concerning the reality in the city (very high and problematic parking within the centre). Hotel is very well located - it is just next to the nicest street with a lot of restaurants. However it is not close to the beach, but for us it was not crucial. Next time I am there I will chose this hotel again.
