How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Make sure you have a room in the other Building than reception is in, these are a lot better
Best value for money you can get in Tallinn, especially if you love a spa

We requested rooms close together as travelling as two couples for Ironman. This was not supported with one on 7th floor main building and one on 5th floor in new wing. Rooms were vastly different. One very modern and spacious although lacking any real storage, the other dated and in need of TLC
Great location. Handy having Cafe Madomesselle, much cheaper for breakfast than main restaurant and good quality. Walking distance to old twon and tarin station.

Swimming pool and saunas closed for a week the day after we arrived. Room very stuffy and warm. Opening window for a fresh air meant lots of traffic noise. Very soft uncomfortable pillows.
Reasonable breakfast buffet. Large bed and comfortable mattress. Excellent hot shower. Convenient location.

Personally I dont like carpeted floors in the room, otherwise it was a good size and clean.
It was really nice to have access to the spa after a long day of walking around. Check out at 12am is lovely and they also let us leave the luggage there after check out which was great.

Minor confusion on arrival, the room was advertised to have a sofa bed and didn't, but the front desk staff quickly resolved this by adding a put up bed to the room.
Location was great, a short walk to both the Old Town and Telliskivi Creative City. Kids loved the pool area. Good breakfast spread. Staff went above and beyond, first to let us order food when we arrived late even though the kitchen was on the verge of closing and second, to find some lost property that we had left in the room, which we really appreciated - thank you!

When we checked-in into our room, the washroom stank of urine. Later, we discovered that the bathroom drain was blocked. Every time we showered standing in the bath, the bathroom floor was flooded with water overflowing from the floor drain.
Superb spa facilities.

Room was high up on the corner of the Building but glass front was in direction of the street and the sound of every car passing by was like doubled due to surrounding buildings. Very loud and not so relaxong sleep.
Room had a good size. Near to the old town. Cafe in the Hotel was good.

Only thing we feel that WIFI is too slow.
This hotel has very good location where is close to old town and also easy to go anywhere inside city on foot or by public transportations. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bed is comfortable too. WE only used once for the spa, but we feel very nice. The breakfast has many options and nice.

Air conditioning in the room very loud. Unfortunately the hotter saunas are gender-separated.
Breakfast was awesome. Room totally okay. Spa nice. There's a nice Asian restaurant next to the hotel (Ginger).

Small thing but carpets were bleached and some dirty marks. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
