We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesHotel built in 1959 and looks it. The rooms are spare and not well furnished. There is a beautiful spa in the lower level but it cost 10 euros to get in. The saunas were great but the “hot” tubs were all cool at barely 90 degrees.
Good location, close to the castle. The Chagall Restaurant was excellent for dinner but only okay for breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. This is not very new hotel building but it is good place to stay and is of good value for money. Hotel has also a spa with sauna and restaurant.

FinlandHowever, the only downside was the extra charge for our child. Despite booking the room for two adults and a 4-year-old, we were charged an additional 40 % of the total price just to have the sofa bed opened. The hotel explained that children can sleep in the same bed with adults for free — which we found quite unreasonable, considering we clearly booked for three people. We’ve travelled extensively, and this is the first time we’ve encountered such a policy. We contacted Booking.com afterwards, and they also found this unacceptable. The hotel offered a 15 % discount for a future stay, which we felt was insufficient. The case is still under investigation.
We had a good stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location. We stayed in the newly renovated Deluxe Junior Suite, which was spacious and offered a lovely view of the castle. The parking area in the inner courtyard was convenient. The spa was modern, peaceful, and the service was efficient and friendly. The hotel restaurant was a highlight — beautifully decorated and serving delicious food. Overall, a pleasant experience!

FinlandNot so noise resistant rooms but luckily it is quite calm so we only heard once people from other room. No real way to adjust temperature in room besides opening window or using the fan. Which could be an annoyance in summer.
The location is central and close to both buss station and railway station. The room and breakfeast decent, nothing special. The spa that is at the hotel is small but modern and new.
