Limited parking space onsite, we had to park on the street and got a fine although there were no signs regarding parking rules anywhere on that street. The balcony is shared with everyone, we thought we would have our own balcony. The hotel is right next to Pärnu main sports arena so might get a bit noisy if there happens to be a football game when you are there (as there was for us).

Very cozy little villa hotel close to the beach. Not much staff around but those we met were kind and helpful. Nice sized rooms and good AC. Breakfast was great and you were able to sit outside. The heated pool was a nice little extra.

Although the self check in process was easy, I got all the instructions in Estonian only and had to call them up for verbal English instructions. Also my friend had to pick me up the next day and asked to check the parking zone, however the hotel staff could not give a piece of advice on that.

Cosy hotel in a good location - close to the beach and the city center. I arrived early and the restaurant staff were kind to store my luggage before the check-in time. Nice pool with a view on a stadium and athletic treck.

All was great. Friendly stuff, we came little bit earlyer then 15:00 but owner let us in our room. Room was small but with all you need for comfortable stay. All around was so clean and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was even better as we expected. And of course pool - our kid spended there a lot of stays time. Beach is realy close and you can see stadium. Thanks we will come again.

You have to wait for hot water in the shower for a minute or two (maybe this is circulation issue in our room at the first floor). Hotel parking was full so we parked our car in the street just next to the hotel and got a 30eur fine next day like few other cars. Maybe i did not notice the "no parking" sign, but a short info from the hotel about parking options would be nice.

Nice and cozy room, everything was clean and tidy. Hotel restautant exceeded our expectations, we had a very nice dinner and choices for breakfast where above hotel level.

One downside was the limited parking—it wasn’t clear if a space would be available, and if not, the cost for 24h parking in the street zone is €25. It would be helpful if the parking would be reserved in advance.

We had a wonderful stay! The accessibility of the property made everything easy and stress-free. Its location is perfect—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to relax. The heated pool was a real treat. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options.

Be aware, limited on-site parking. Way more rooms than parking spaces. The property advertises this very well on their communications and at the property. During summer time, parking on street cost €25 per day if you do not get a parking space on the property.

Nice and modern, nice pool (shame it closes at 8pm), aircon is a big plus. Well maintained property and best of all, so close to the beach.

Parking is first come, first serve. And if you happen to be on the ground floor, you might hear your upstairs neighbours if they happen to have heavy steps (which I happened to have).

Loved the feel of the motel - rooms clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We also spent time on the patio with drinks and enjoying the day. Booked third party so ordered excellent breakfast (truffle eggs and savory porridge). Staff was very kind and attentive.

It would depend a lot on your neighbours how good sleep you will have as this is not totally sound proof correction. Breakfast could have decent coffee, althougj in general wide selection.

Location is great, very close to the beach and at the same time quiet residential area. May be 15 min walk to city center. Room is small, clean. Ok bathroom. Parking in the yard.

Room has large windows directly onto the walkway so needed to keep the curtains closed at all times. Pool isn't the largest but fine for a quick splash.

Lovely hotel located close to Pärnu beach and town. Room was comfy and it was great to have access to a pool. Tasty buffet breakfast with plenty of veggie (and vegan) options. Staff were able to store our luggage on check out which was helpful.

It was a surprise to us that all the rooms had their own entrances and there was a nice little yard between the main building and the rooms. Also the breakfast restaurant was in a different building. We liked it, it felt like we had our own little cabin to stay in. The room was also nice and clean with a comfy bed.
