Very center location in historical area. Good solution for flexible breakfest. Available coffe, tea and chill place. Only three rooms in place.

Beautiful location right next to the castle. We arrived a bit late due to a missed boat. No problem: delicious food and drinks until 10:30 pm. And a very extensive breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

It was nice to be back. It is very good that the room was warm because day was very,very rainy and cold. Hotel is in good location. Tee and coffee are available as small breakfast.

Downstairs is bistro/café but we did not hear music but maybe this will be a problem for somebody.

It is located in very nice place near castle, you can walk around eat in hotel or find other place near. There is car parking in the yard. Breakfast is simple but yogurt is best of it. Tea and coffee are available all time. Room is clean and warm.

Don't plan on the free breakfast. They have a limited amount in the mini fridge, and they have 3 hotel rooms so people need to share. We were asked to share, but by 8:30 am, the other guests had eaten absolutely everything, leaving us nothing.

Affordable, Great location, friendly young staff. On top of a bar and restaurant that stays open until 2am, but isn't loud at all. You can walk out the back door and into the castle. Amazing.

A wonderful place to stay. Can't imagine a better one. There is literally everything one may need for a comfortable staying. The room is just beautiful and perfectly clean. There is also a little kitchen to prepare a coffee or tea and microwave a sandwich. I absolutely liked the host who gave a clear information on check in. The location of the house is great, on a lovely street with many restaurants and cafes. The way to the sea is very short from there.

The windows face on the main street, so one must consider potential loud surroundings.

There was a possibility to prepare coffee and drink it on the terrace. The room was spacious and nice, there was even a pair of ear plugs for the case of loud sounds from outside. Luckily they weren't needed. Instructions were clear and check-in very smooth. Location is in the middle of the old town and by the castle of Haapsalu.

Great location backing onto the castle. Lots of space and big bathroom too. Easy to find. Staff were very helpful. Parking behind the building made things very easy. Loved the private terrace at the back and the little kitchen area. We were warned it could get noisy at night but it was very quiet while we were there

The location is amazing and it had one of the best breakfast systems I've encountered - a little shared kitchen space with a coffee machine and a nice selection of breakfast items for grabbing your meal and enjoying it in bed. Our room was very spacious and had a bath, there was a parking spot next to the house and a nice restaurant on the ground floor.

It takes some time for the staff to clean out stuff left after breakfast, and I believe our room was not cleaned.

Note that the bar downstairs could be noisy quite late at night. Also note that breakfast is not in the café, but is a small buffet with a few basics placed in the corridor outside the room (the restaurant downstairs was not open in the morning). Better to go down the street to the bakery for breakfast!
