Very good location for the ferry to Helsinki. Comfortable room with a lovely view of the port. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Efficient staff in the restaurant and welcoming/helpful staff on the reception desk. Easy walking distance into the old town and a short walk in the evenings for a choice of restaurants in the Rotermann district.

We selected this hotel for a 1 night stay on our way from Riga to Stockholm as it was very close to the Tallink ferry terminal D. It was a bit of a hike around from Balti Jaam train station to get there, but not as long as we had expected. It's still pretty close the Old Town too. Check-in was simple, and we had a lovely room with a view over the marina, everything as promised in the booking. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of food. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out and collect it late afternoon before making our way to the ferry. Of the eleven hotels we stayed at on this trip throughout Scandinavia and the Baltic, this was without doubt the best value for money. Overall, a very good experience.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel has an underground garage, so it is very safe and comfortable for carrying baggages (15 EUR per night) Also the hotel is friendly for dogs, but it is an extra charge (20 EUR per night). The selection of the breakfast is large.

Very helpful staff, breakfast was great, the location was good as well walking distance from Ferry Terminal Tallinn Port. Old town is 10 to 15 mins walk. Tallinn Central is not far as well.

Loved the location by the port and an easy walk into town, with the shopping centre next door and some restaurants around. Excellent superior room with fridge, water, balcony, seating, iron etc. Very comfortable and clean. Great to see a hotel encouraging recycling so much with clear instructions and labelled bins.

The air conditioning wasn't adjustable. Noisy facing road and shopping centre side. Bed rather hard but that's a personal thing. A bit smelly in bathroom.

The position between the port and the old town and near the modern, trendy Rottermann District. Good variety for breakfast. Coffee making facilities in room. Window that opened. Overall, very good.

Eduard, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and amiable. Excellent room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Wide variety of choices. Very close to terminal D for Helsinki. A mall nearby. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located — just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and only 1 minute from the nearest bus stop. The location is perfect for getting around Vilnius, as you can reach almost any part of the city directly by bus without transfers. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value for the price.

The hotel is located right in the harbor area and I got the nicest view from my window. The room is very big and the bed is very comfy. The breakfast was really good and the staff was always attentive to the guests and helpful.
