The room is smaller than it looks in the photos. The electrical sockets (see photo) are small - you can only charge your phone, but not your computer. The only solution was to turn off the fridge, because it was the only one with a "normal" socket. I was very surprised that the shower room, when separated from the rest of the room, is together with the toilet bowl and toilet paper. Accordingly, you have to be careful with water.

Everything you need was there - breakfast was OK, friendly staff, and it was clean and tidy, but overall the hotel needs "refreshing". Since the next night I was in a hotel with much higher comfort, more extensive breakfast, larger room, but lower price, I was a little disappointed with this place.

Entrance and inter-floor wheelchair ramps too steep to be of any use. Wheelchair ramp on entrance is blocked by concrete flower pot and is not usable at all. I am not handicapped but I’ve spent a lot of time takin care of a disabled person, so I know what I’m talking anout.

Hotel "Emmi" is a decent hotel in a quite good location in Pärnu. The room had everything that you might need for staying overnight. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. Breakfast covered basic needs.

Well, I would say everything depends on what are the quality standarts and possible service. It was a bit cold in our room Nr. 17, 1st floor and the bathroom could be a bit more comfortable, but apart from that no other complains.

We were satisfied with the pricing because we chose this Hotel just for the night accommodation and possible breakfast as this was not our final destination journey in Estonia.

Hotel located close to the big shopping mall, but with distance to the main street. Big and comfortable parking lot behind. Room very big and clean. Good breakfast. Object good to stay one night when visiting the city.

Bed wasn't superior. The dishes used for breakfast could be arranged differently, for example the porridge spoon leaned against the bacon spoon. Investing in tongs and buckets would help a lot.

Easy to arrivae by car, easy to leave. Quite nice-sized grocery store located one hundred meter away. Personnel was nice, room was clean. Overall, price vs. quality is ok.

TV shows limited channels, no CNN, no Euronews, no BBC. The room smells a bit strange. The shower needs in general renovation. We got twin bed, which is not something that we liked. The receptionist, could not speak English, so explaining the polite receptionist that we wanted a one big bed and not a dual/twin bed configuration, was not easy.

Free parking is a really good thing that this hotel offers. The internet speed was in a good speed of 10 Mbit/s. The breakfast was ok, not good and not bad either. There is a supermarket and Ikea next to the hotel. The room is a decent size for 2 adults. Fast check in.

Single room had loads of space. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Super nice was to find the room to have blackout curtains.
