Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

LatviaThe self check-in and check-out system was super convenient, especially since we arrived after midnight. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was quite simple, but the panini was absolutely delicious! Free parking was a nice bonus and made everything even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Tallinn with an easy check-in experience.

LatviaVery cool concept, perfect for introverts didn’t see any staff. Bit weird seeing the abandoned part of the building right next to the Hotel but still really like the place. Wish there were just a few more facilities like a kitchenette to wash the glasses in our room or a bottle opener somewhere would have been nice. Overall really like the place, bed clean and soft, modern tv, really nice shower and water pressure.

LatviaHotel itself is located in a huge building and only some of it is restored. Other part is with nailed windows ect. But that didnt ruin the mood of staying there at all. Probably it is a question of time, until it will be fixed.
Location was very good. Free parking near hotel. Public BUS stop was super close, which helped to get to the old town whenever we wanted.

It was a little tricky to use the locks but once used they were straight forward. The bathroom was such a tardis - a small space but a huge shower! Soft toilet paper!
