Excellent location and beautiful views

Storage space in the room was really limited. Aside from the desk, there was no area to put down bags/suitcases or even organise clothes properly. Same in the bathroom, a bit more space for getting out toiletries would be welcome, no such space in the shower. We booked the atrium room, so we knew there would be no view. But: the window was very small + no privacy bc it faced the corridor, so basically no natural light. Be aware that the way into the old town involves crossing a busy road, not for everyone.

Clean and comfortable room with all basic necessities. Bathrooms and especially showers were spacious. Cleanliness was really good. Self-Check-in/Check-out worked w/o any problems. Communal Guest kitchen seemed well equipped, we only used the fridge. Luggage storage was helpful and also worked with self-serviced cards. We used the adjacent café for breakfast once, was really good. Location was really good, short walk to old town and harbour as well as shops and services at Nautica shopping centre. Tram service to train station just 3 mins away. Immediate surroundings were mostly office and high-end restaurant spaces, so very clean and calm.

No clear information (in the in-room booklet or confirmation information) about where and when breakfast is served for the guests who bought it. I had to extra ask for this information.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, new hotel with very convinient location (literally near the old town and shopping malls) and facilities, leisure space for everyone, easy check in and check out.

I stayed in Citybox several times. Everything was good times. But just in my last stay, the lighting in the room did not work. Only small lamps was working. But it did not created any problems during my stay, so I was ok with that at that time.

Everything was beyond expectations. The smart hotel works perfectly and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are tiny and elegant and the hotel position was perfect.

On the downside, the floor felt quite cold (or perhaps I didn’t figure out how to heat it properly). The view from the window opened onto a small indoor courtyard with a glass roof - pleasant, but very limited.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to both the port and the Old Town. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy through self-service terminals. I also appreciated the helpful message updates from the hotel, as well as the many clear signs inside the building. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room had adjustable heating, and there is a large lounge area. Guests can also use many convenient facilities, such as an ironing room, laundry, and luggage storage.

Could have more safe boxes to leave the luggage

It’s so modern! So comfortable! Facilities, reception, information to check in and if you need to leave your luggage after check-out. It shows they know their business and every piece of information is already there if you need it

Good location for ferry port and old town. Easy check in. Spacious room, good size comfortable bed and large accessible bathroom. Kettle and mugs available if needed. Like the minimalist concept of no TV, soap from dispensers and cleaning when requested.

I would say that the room missed a bit of touch! It seemed mostly an hotel for people having business in the city yet the desk was impossible to use with a Laptop! The rooms was really small

We had a corner room on the 3rd floor, so the view was beautiful ! Our room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Check in/out was automated so very easy. Breakfast at LouLou was convenient and satisfying. We were a 10 minute walk from the old town, the ferry terminal, and many shops. Public transportation was close by as well.

Amazing hotel, great atmosphere, well situated, friendly and very helpfull staff although the hotel is almost all do-it yourself… they were there to give a gelping hand.

I was positively surprised - can recommend :) It’s a very clean and comfortable place in a great location close to the Old Town, the harbour and the new parts of Tallinn. You have all the necessary facilities under one roof: your room, work space, laundry and ironing room, cafeteria, lounge. 10/10

The basin in my bathroom didn't drain well. Although the staff tried to fix this promptly, it still didn't work as well as it should have done.

Good location, especially if arriving by ferry - between port and old town. Not difficult to get to bus station for onwards land transport. Very modern (as at 2025) Good-sized room Useful luggage store

In the bathroom it would have been nice to have a towel for your feet when we get out of the shower.

The location is great. Uncomplicated check in and check out. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choice. The distance to the old town is just a few minutes away. For a short stay this place is perfect.
