How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There are no reception and no stuff, but you receive door code on your mobile phone and everything is OK

No curtains so it was not good to sleep with morning lights. Shower also was bad without the holding clip and the whole bathroom would get wet.
Location was great and easy check in with code. Breakfast was simple but good. Spacious room.

The hotel fully met my expectations in terms of both amenities and service. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything worked as expected, making the stay smooth and without any unpleasant surprises.
The breakfast was good, with a wide selection. The location is excellent for staying before or after a trip.

Easy access, bit limited but easy parking around the hotel. Room did not have a working AC, but one standing fan available so it was a warm night, but otherwise comfortable bed & room. Breakfast was OK. Suitable for a one night stop.

TV has Estonian channels only:). I would suggest add natural yoghurt to breakfast menu. There was “pink” yogurt only with quite “synthetic” fruit taste.
Simple and clean. Comfortable contactless access. Possibility to park a car next to the hotel (there were no free parking spaces at hotel).

The hotel has very limited parking places and it was not clear were exactly hotel parking starts and ends.

The hotel looks quite new from the outside but inside not so much. Towels and bed linen weee a bit used, although we had plenty of all for the for of us. Parking was not so easy, very few spaces. We only spent one night there so it was ok.
The sauna in the room was quite a treat. Breakfast was nice and I go to get in was very clear. Location is great, super close to the beach.

There was no machine-based ventilation nor air conditioning. The only way to remove moisture from breathing and taking showers was to open the big door-like window, which then allowed outside heat and mosquitos inside especially if visiting during the hot summer months like we did.

Poor breakfast, quite a big hotel and breakfast table has no toaster. Eggs and bacon were way undercooked. Bacon was “swimming” in grease. In general very poor breakfast tastes.

There really isn't anything to complain about 😁
Very good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, gluten free options. Couldn't ask anything more. The rooms are very clean. We ran into a small problem with our door and it was dealt quickly. Would definitely come back.

The price of a pet per night was not clearly mentioned before booking. In the commonly asked questions it was mentioned to be 15 euros, but after booking we were told that it is 20 euros.
The location was nice and near to the beach and the hotel room was clean and nice.

Getting the key code difficult for foreigners. We didn't see any staff. Guests with noisy dogs a nuisance. Wifi a bit dodgy. Bed on the small size. Parking a problem when lots of guests.

Lack of soundproofing, no door to the shower, so the water splashes all over the bathroom.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff, they were super friendly and helpful! They do put their heart in their work. Breakfast was good, beds were comfy, the view quite nice. Close to the sea.
