Very nice and cosy place, friendly host, perfect breakfast

Location is perfect! Rooms are clean and everything you need in them. Staff are kind. There is bar in downstairs and breakfast has everything you need in morning and tasty.

The breakfast, the location, the staff and the free parking. The hotel really has a character and you feel like you stepped into a movie set.

The family suite we booked is right on top of the garden, where there is karaoke and live music on Fridays and Saturdays past mid night. The room is very loud. I think it could be suitable for a different group but it shouldn`t be given to families with small kids around the time when there is music. We also entered a different room during this time as my parent in laws were also staying in the same hotel and the noise level was much lower in their suite. So I believe some adjustments should be made about which room could be booked by families on certain dates. There were also some items in our suite which weren`t very kid friendly ( e.g. fully glass bed side tables)

Clean, cozy, like home, friendly, sauna was great, location was perfect. Parking for the car was great, too.

Karaoke was till 11 PM in the yard and with baby was difficult and noisy to sleep. Water went very slowely down in the shower floor.

The hotel itself is nice

Its loud! The hotel hosts a caraoke that lasts outside to 23:00 and then the party moves in. Not possible to sleep before 23:30 as drunks and loud music will keep you up.

Location, location, location! I liked the crown molding, the extra touches, the cleanliness, the staff, the quietness. The salon was open too. Conveniently located. The breakfast was nice too. Always well attended and attended to.

Would have liked more going on- an open restaurant was hoping for some karaoke which is only on certain lights so I missed it. Really wanted a NATO shot! I really have no true complaints- I just wished I had stayed longer!

We had a lovely big room looking out over the quiet road in front the hotel. It had a good selection of coffee and teas plus biscuits etc. The breakfast in the cellar was good and the staff were friendly. We got a free car space although I am not sure if they have enough for every room of this small hotel (maybe 7 spaces?) but we arrived early. The WIFI was good and let us listen to Radio Caroline's internet streaming from their ship off the Essex coast. Excellent location for exploring the old town and the sea shore. We also found the excellent small pub nearby, the Veerev Olu, run by a Rolling Stones fan who stocks some ok beers.

Faded grandeur. Very musty smell Upstairs. Grouting mouldy in shower. Dusty accessories, old magazines from 6 years ago. Needs renovating - but just removing some of the old ornaments etc would be an improvement

The bed was comfortable.

The room we stayed at had very little natural light coming in, additionally, the bathroom had mold in the ceiling and the door did not close properly. We wished the breakfast buffet had wider selection of food.

Small, good hotel in the heart of the old town. The room was well equipped with a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Good beds and breakfast!
