Carmen is a very congenial host, helpful with answers and kitchen offerings. This is a short walk to/from the bus terminal, and an equally short stroll to restaurants. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Hot water is quick and easy.

Excellent place. Fabricio is amazing, we were even able to drop off our bags for a bit to go to the national park. He helped us massively with ferries. Clean room, everything as advertised. Safe. He is well known around town and takes great care of his guests.

Great budget friendly hotel located 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. Comfortable room with air con and hot shower + free drinking water. Very friendly host who very kindly dropped us off at the pier after our stay. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Expensive but ok for Galapagos standards. Internet is offered but practically useless because its so slow - unfortunately its almost imposible to find good internet at any other place on the islands.

Hot tub was cold!

Nice big room, great air con. Shared kitchen with nice communal garden. Nice affordable option in town. About 15 walk to main town centre.

Really weak/slow WiFi connection, so had to go into town to deal with something work related. The WiFi is absolutely fine for calls and texts…just too slow to upload/download anything—so the WiFi shouldn’t be an issue for anyone who needs to perform basic tasks. But I wanted to mention it for people who might have work related tasks to perform while away.

Large, clean, comfortable room, and lovely host (Elizabeth). The shower was the absolute best I had in any accommodation during my three week stay in Galapagos.

Spacious Clean rooms with attached bathrooms. We had very different age groups from 80 to 16 years and the property was great for all of us. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The common kitchen area was lovely to cook meals and it was clean and tidy. My son left his EarPods and the owner ensured we got it. Thank You so much.

The location is a bit far from everything but easy to walk as it's pretty flat.

Wifi was pretty bad, and common area furnishings were quite dirty (dog!). Tap was still dripping as mentioned in another review, and the bathroom door doesn’t give any privacy as didn’t go the whole way across the doorway!

Hostel is about a 15/20 minute walk to the pier, quite close to the market. Booked because had stayed one night on the road on the seafront and found it too loud at night, so this was quieter (except the cockerels and dogs obvs!). Kitchen was functional, hot water, small fridge in room

We couldn't turn off the water completely in our sink tab, so it was dripping the whole day and night (not leaking) Housekeeping didn't do anything about it so I guess they were aware of the problem but couldn't fix it.

Very nice place on the outskirts of the city center, approx 10 min walk to the main tourist places. Room was great, had all we needed! Very good and big shower, big reck to hang your things with enough hangers and a mini fridge. A big plus was the jacuzzi, we used it once and it was very relaxing :)

The toilet had a broken sliding door which didnt close well so sharing a room with a collegue with a bed directly opposite the broken door was a bit awkward. The kitchen could be a bit better with better pots and pans.

The problem was not the distance to pier/city center but this property is not in the town - it is like a service area (warehouses, industrial area etc.). The shower needs an upgrade (the water was hot but the shower threw water everywhere).

Internet connection was good compared with other locations (not the official from the hotel that didn't work but another one that the owner gave us the password). The room is not big but was clean and the AC works well.

Our trip was short and we only did a one night stay at the hotel, the owner let us leave our things at the hotel so we could explore around after out check out time. He was very nice to us and even offer to call a taxi so we could explore the turtle ranch and the beach.

Our AC was leaking quite a lot of water. After mentioning this, the answer was "there's nothing we can do". We ended up putting towels on the floor to stop the water from running through the entire room, while other rooms were unoccupied.

Location is a bit far from the dock in a rough looking area although it was peaceful, safe and quiet. Jacuzzi wasn't working and some kitchen items broken or missing

Comfy room, spacious very clean with great a/c and mini-fridge. Loved the beautiful towels, floor mats, soap shampoo, coat hangers and cabinets, lots of details appreciated that not every accommodation provides.
